Anybody ever had a blow out at work?

Just had a less than professional confrontation with a woman in my office. In the 6 years I have worked here, I've never lost my cool. Now I'm sitting here wishing I could go back to an hour ago and hold it together, but it was about time I stood up for myself with this individual. Some pretty nasty things were said, and voices were raised.

Nothing I can do about it now, but it would definitely make me feel better to know there are others out there that have had similar situations at the office.

Also had a run in with a women I work with about 14 years ago and stood up to her and we have been good since then, I work with her daily and never another problem. be proud of yourself Simon
