You come to a thread, make fun of someone and get told to fuck off. For some reason you think saying Dairy Queen, feeling sorry for his kids, and wishing him terminal misery is something less than trash yourself?

IMO no matter who's on these forums their kiddos should be left out of it unless it's something positive.

Just had a less than professional confrontation with a woman in my office. In the 6 years I have worked here, I've never lost my cool. Now I'm sitting here wishing I could go back to an hour ago and hold it together, but it was about time I stood up for myself with this individual. Some pretty nasty things were said, and voices were raised.

Nothing I can do about it now, but it would definitely make me feel better to know there are others out there that have had similar situations at the office.

Shit happens and sometimes it's not preventable. You can only deal with assholish people for so long before you need to blow up. If you really feel that maybe some of the things shouldn't have been said you could always write a note to them explaining why you were so upset and why things came to a head and it got heated.
