My last email I sent:
Thanks Susana. I just got off the phone with Road Runner (my ISP) and they said there is nothing wrong with my computer. I mentioned robotic tools and the refresh and they went through some tests and said my system was ok and I should contact you.
Their last reply:

We were advised by our IT Department that you might not have used automated robotic tools to get the line from our site, however, you may have used the auto-refresh at the browser level on several occasions during the same time period.
Since the original source is not sure, we have already unblocked your IP address therefore you should be able to access our site without any problem now.
