Anyone having trouble getting into Pinnacle??

On second thought, I suppose one's ISP might have some customer usage data, i.e., they might have tools to report source IP to destination IP bandwidth usage. I suppose timestamp data could help. But still, it's a guessing game as to what's causing the problem.

bestbettor wouldn't cause your IP to be flagged. bestbettor has been flagged many times because we draw the lines from pinnacle with a robot :D

not really and i don't understand how all that chit works but bestbettor gets the feed through xml, whatever that is, and we've had problems as well.

and picasso is right, your ISP ain't gonna do chit for you. if it happens again just call pinnacle and get it straightened out again.

pinnacle is just trying to put an end to people grabbing their lines every 15 seconds with a program. it's sucking up their bandwidth and is expensive.

My last email I sent:

Thanks Susana. I just got off the phone with Road Runner (my ISP) and they said there is nothing wrong with my computer. I mentioned robotic tools and the refresh and they went through some tests and said my system was ok and I should contact you.

Their last reply:

Dear Sir,

We were advised by our IT Department that you might not have used automated robotic tools to get the line from our site, however, you may have used the auto-refresh at the browser level on several occasions during the same time period.

Since the original source is not sure, we have already unblocked your IP address therefore you should be able to access our site without any problem now.
