I wouldn't be shocked to see the winner of Dementieva-Henin in the finals to be honest. Sucks that is in the 2nd round. That bottom half of the draw is fucking wicked.
For those new to betting tennis.....check your books rules.....on the men's side there will be matches were guys retire.
With the "no treatment for cramps" and the brutal heat of Aussyland you can be dam sure guys will wilt. Of course chicks only have to play best outta three and have all their other "rules" so less retirements on the chicks side.
If you go down 2 sets to love in Aussyland you are fucked. Huge set of balls on ya if you can come back and win three straight sets in that heat. Aussy Open is by far the toughest test of the grand slams.....the heat is just brutal.
Not sure what happened in PP's match. He won the first two sets, 0 and 2, then lost in the fifth with none of the other three sets being played competitively judging from the scoreline. Injury perhaps? Anybody have any insight?
