So what would you call a Thread about be Banned and taking your ball and going home.....opcorn2
I first bring you to one of my seminars on a Sunday. I teach students how to pick winners so that my students do not have to rely on someone else for the picks and livelihood. You probably are not serious anyways.
At least I lived my dream. How about you.HE'S A MAN! HE PLAYED IN THE NBA!
I must admit that it has been fun pushing the buttons around here. However, it is sad the way the country has gone. Just like this forum no one can take tough love anymore. When I was 10 and 11 hustling the numbers game I remember one day clear as if it was yesterday. I was carrying $50.00 for the local bookie. Some 12 year old robbed me. I went home crying to my father. Instead of him telling me everything will be all right he slapped me on the side of the head and to get to the point he told me to go do whatever I need to do to get my money back. After me and my friends beat the hell out of the kid and after my father came and got me from the police station no one ever bothered me again (and I got my money back) .
My point. If you guys defend a guy who can not take tough love then I hand you all a participation trophy.
How very sad is the condition of people in the USA these days.
To all of you who thought that I was rubbing it in, you were wrong. He needed to know that he was wrong, also. The Warriors (and San Antonio) are the class of the NBA far and above any other team.
:toast:
Just for the record I am not Joey Hassett. He played at Providence in the late 70s and the NBA mostly in the 80's.Joey Hassett, is it you?
