1 fact remains....the worst margin of defeat in CF history is 2001 Spurs.
So when you can present some facts, lets talk
the 2001 spurs played the 2001 Lakers - the 2001 Lakers would sweep the Cavs and that 89 point differential would be in serious jeopardy

When basing an opinion, you can't use fallacies. It just makes your opinion exaggerated and silly.
At least do your damn homework and look up some other examples and present them. Don't just make an opinion with ZERO research, and try to stick your opinion on others as FACT.

Don't listen to this homer cause his team plays in the East. I've been watching NBA for 20+ years & w/out "researching" I think the Raptors gotta b the worst team I've ever seen play in the EC finals. The East is so bad this year. Glad we get to enjoy the great series in the West 2nite.

I've been watching the NBA for 20+ years as well. Guess we're at a standstill. But I've presented a fact. You've presented an opinion. Glad you're not a damn judge, America really would be in the toilet.
Just give credit where credit is due. You're hating on the Raptors to strengthen your argument to hate on the Cavs. But you wanna give credit to the Lakers for their dismantling of the Spurs. Yet, when the Warriors shred apart 2 teams the Raptors would've beaten, you wanna chest thump the Warriors.

still here Crookity, and just for the record not a Raptor hater as I'm pulling for them to win the series.....
glad to see that they raised their level of play at home and hope that they are able to raise that level on the road as well as their last few performances away from home have been dreadful at best - still think that the play overall in the league is way down and that the EC in general this year was historically bad and that the Raptors do not fare well at all in comparison to the strength of previous conference finalists in the NBA - don't think the Cavs are a good enough team where we can point to beating them as proof that the Raptors are somehow totally legit
at the end of the day none of this really matters - when I started this thread one point I was trying to make was that there has been a major decline in the NBA product, as despite the strong recent play by OKC even the WC Finals look like a glorified pickup game most of the time with tons of awful turnovers, bad shots, etc - and that the EC was really bad this year, like when has there been a worse 8 teams to make the EC playoffs then the lineup trotted out this year? and still say there are few previous NBA conference finalists, if any, that would lose to the Raptors in a 7 game series (going back to at least the early 80's)
either way I am cheering for the Raptors to somehow pull off a series win despite their long odds to do so - but even if they win it will not really change my opinion of how good they really are as a team in a historical sense

Spurs in 2001 lost by a combined 89 points in the WCF. The Cavs aren't going to break that record. But we also won't have anyone try to prove Toronto is THAT bad, rather just make falicy statements....ironic how that works
looks like that number was indeed topped, by my math the Cavs outscored the Raptors by 93 despite losing games 3 and 4 by a combined 21 points, tough feat to accomplish for sure
congrats to the Cavs for making their way through the worst group of playoff teams a conference has ever assembled, as per the norm I am guessing the finals will be a different story
