I was talking to the owner of a wrecker yard the other day who a few years back had a burglar break into his property yard. He had K-9 dogs and they attacked the burglar and bit him.

Burglar goes to jail , but files a lawsuit and the owner's insurance company ends up settling with the burglar for 10 K. They made him take the K-9 dogs off the property or cancel his insurance.

I think you'll be alright as long as he committed the crime.

About 6-7 years ago my friend was riding his moped and was cutting through peoples backyards. He got stuck on someones fence (He didn't see it because it was dark).

While trying to unhook his bike the owner of the house came outside and beat the shit out of my friend- broke his nose. The guy was completely hammered. My friend was about 15 at the time and defenseless.

Went to court and my friend ended up getting charged with battery because the guys hand got injured when he was punching my friend.

Court ruled since my friend was trespassing the guy had every right to beat the shit out of him. No joke.

If he gets a lawyer you could be looking at assault.

What does the guy look like ? He is white, short , stocky , has a red hooded sweatshirt with tan pants, does not speak good english and short brown hair. She says he acted kinda crazy like.
Another guy with him is short black hair.

It takes me about 50 minutes to drive there. In the meantime I am calling the Store and talking to the manager. She tells me they have security in the parking lot in a white truck. I am rather rude to her, and she says she will call the police to take a report.

I finally get there and drive around looking for security . No where to be found of course.

I go in the store. I ask for the manager who never comes out. I am pretty pissed at this point as they don't seem to give two chits about their parking lot security in broad daylight. Still no sign of cops.

I go back outside and go into a Blockbuster. While I am buying a few cokes, I tell the manager what happened and if they have seen security. No they say. They cant believe that happened.

I walk outside to get in my truck , I look up and I be damned there is the guy , fits the discription perfectly. He is with a older man and they are walking across the parking lot.

Hey I yell and they approach me. They tell me they are going to McDonalds. I ask them if they are asking people for money in the parking lot. Yes they say, a man gave us 5 dollars.

Did you put your hands on my wife about a hour ago ? Did you ask her for money and then push her . No I didnt, the guy says, he did it and he points to the other guy. So now I am sure this is the right guy.

I tell him not to move and wait there as the police are coming and he is going to jail. He says no no no and they both turn to run. I chase them a short distance and leap on the guy and we fall onto the asphalt. I get him in a choke hold and squeeze the air from his neck maybe harder than I should have .

The other guy starts hitting me with something and a crowd starts to gather. They are yelling what is going on ..... Just stay back I yelled several times.

The security guy shows up and he helps me hold the guy down. The cops come , take a statement , ask for my wife to come back and identify him. She drives back , Yep thats the guy.

Looks like were going to court.

Whats amazing to me is that I was able to find this dumb sum bitch and get the opportunity to
choke him down.

There is a God.

Nice job,Scott... I would go back to the manager even though they weren't to much help and see if they had other complaints from people in the past...also have your local paper report on it...someone might read it and realize it happened to them too.That would help your case if this guys did this to other people...glad you and your wife are ok....these guys might have priors

This was two months after his wife was supposedly in a car accident which took three years of rehabilitation and morphine to get through. It's hard for me to tell what's real and what's not. Where does the KiNG oF dOgS end and Scott-Atlanta begin?

I guess if you want to thank god for allowing you to find these creeps you also have to damn god for putting your wife in that situation.

Unless, of course, the devil was responsible for that part of the story.

It all makes perfect sense.
