He did look knocked out as hell with his neck cranked almost double, but as soon as the ref stopped it, he stood up and was completely normal. It was almost like a bad joke that really wasn't a joke.

just watched askren/thomas for the first time and i agree with the ref...
i know it ain`t popular,but,the ref asked the kid if he was o.k. and he didn`t move a muscle...i honestly think he went out for a second....
if he wanted to continue,his hand was right there and free...give a thumbs up...
he` didn`t...the ref protected the fighter....
he did his job,imo...you have to respond...as for the booing,i believe it was thomas` home town...
