dontcha just hate to see a guy lose like that....sheer stupidity...

the whole time he was on the fence figting to take hale down,i was telling the old lady,"this is so stupid"....

he`s winning the stand-up......he`s beating the guy to the punch....and he wouldn`t break off the fence....

and the guy falls on top of him....

what a stupid ass...handed the guy the fight on a silver platter....

and maybe cost himself 100 grand....

small loss...but it was the way it went down that grates.....

1st off, had no dog in the fight, but have to agree 100% here, wease.
My beef with this fight is with Hale. Dude has, what?, 8 inch reach advantage or something crazy like that and the bum throws maybe one jab a round....you'd think with that kind of advantage he would have been jabbing him to death to keep him outside and then when he let those leg kicks go they would have done more damage than they did...and I dunno...thought Linderman did enough the 1st two to get the decision...

i`m not arguing the decision..the first two were close enough,i guess....hale landed lots of kicks like you said.......
just the way he hung onto that failed takedown...

could`ve been an excellent final 3 minutes if linderman hadn`t obsessed over the takedown....

the money`s no biggie...just hate losing like that...

post some opinions for next week,reds...always enjoy reading your take on the ufc...

I'm really liking the UFC card next week..so much so I'll probably bore the hell outta all of you with a long-winded screed on everyone I like...:142smilie

On a more serious note...just read your account of what happened to your brother over in general. My deepest condolences to you and your family, my brother. yeah, we beat on each other over politics--who don't?
But having to live that nightmare ain't right...I wouldn't wish that on anyone--even you--and you're my worst enemy...;)
had to attend the funeral of an 18 month old yesterday...mom backed over him in their driveway...his older sister and my daughter are in the same 3 year old pre-school class.. my 2 year old son and Jack(the little man that passed away) had a blast together on the playground last fall...all 8 of us attended the same swim lessons this winter and his dad and I bonded over our mutual interest in baseball and MMA.
This thing we call life is a bitch sometimes....

My condolences as well red
I hate hearing stories like that - life is cruel

On a much more unimportant note, I thought Hale was the deserved victor

I definitely thought he did enough to take that

Hale -120

M'pumba +165

Mann/Nogueira -200

Mann/Nogueira/Hale +150

Im a big bellator fan.not house name fighters but with the tournament format they use you get to know the fighters quickly.

BOOM !

Clean sweep. Well played.
