IMO it's Vladdy as well. He's not far behind Ichiro in hitting for average, but his power is way above avg. vs Ichiro. He can steal with the best of them, just doesn't anymore cuz he's had leg problems. His arm is a cannon so defensively Ichiro may track down more balls but nobody heads to third on Vlad's arm.

As far as Pujols goes, he may be a better all around hitter than Vlad but he's not the defensive stalwart that Vladdy is.

Vladdy, who's your daddy????

In Asia you have your last name pronounced first so by our American customs we are actually using his "last name"

Vote for Vlad as well....power, average, a cannon for an arm.

I know that they lost, but that grand slam vs the Sox in the playoffs last year was one of the most clutch hits I've seen in a long time.

Personally I think it is Pujols.

But, you can't go wrong with Guerrero.

And, as much as I can't stand him, nobody seems to affect the outcome of more games than a healthy Barroid Bonds.

My vote goes to Pujols. Being from St Louis and getting to see him play every day is a treat. I think before long he can put a gold glove in his bag also. One of the best two strike hitters I have ever seen.

Can't take anything away from Vlady though. He is a player that I would like to watch everyday.

I know you pronounce the names of asians backwards with their last name first........I'm also asian so I would know that. But how do Americans do that for certain asian players........ Look at Dat Nguyen......his jersey says Nguyen on the back. So why is Yao on the back of the jersey. They do what they want I believe. Just a thought though. Life is full of unexplainable things....just food for thought!

Vlad & I take him over Pujols based on the fact that while Vlad may not run nearly as much anymore he still have some speed, which Pujols lacks. So all around I go with Vladdy.

Rickey couldnt field? Doesnt he have multiple gold gloves? I am pretty sure that even today from his knees he could throw out Sid Bream from deep short trying to score from second.

lol Sun. yeah he has at least 5 gold gloves that I know of. I guess I was just thinking about his last 5 years or so when he became a liability in the outfield, I guess early on he was a good fielder
