As an avid blackjack player the best advice I can give outside of basic strategy(someone posted the card above) is to press while hot. You aren't going to win good/big $ just trying to grind it out. Unless you have the most amazing discipline ever. For every roller coaster score story I could tell you, I got 10x brutal stories to go with it. At least 50% of them are my own undoing.

I once pushed a 1,400 hand when I doubled vs the dealers 5 and made 21. Dealer pulled a 5-card 21 on the last fucking card of the shoe. We researched the probability and it was a 0.02% chance of happening. And this is why you press and run while ya can.

Good post. It's a long-term loser but when the cards are falling you need to press hard. The sessions really come down to those few hands you split, then double, etc.

Just so you know king of kitties, most people on here have been more places in a year than you have been in your 65 years in Valdosta, GA. You are so jealous for having so much, as you brag. But you know it was all settlement money, period. I am done, and you got your ass handed to you in this thread.

Completely agree Saint. I always tell people "Ride the wave while you can."

I havent played BJ since 1981 I cannot even watch other people play.

Card counters are tossed from every casino.

BUT still your playing aginst the biggest house edge in every casino that uses a 6 deck shoe and a full quarter of that deck is cut off.

Take my advice your better off playing craps and getting in the mode aura of the table you should win over 80% of the time.

39 years experience here even if i was by my self i knew how to get a point up then set dice and throw a 7 out.

Unfortuantely they either moved me to another game or just closed table down because it was like 4 am and didnt feel like standing there letting me win.

but both times it happened they let me go 1 hour more and i stacked and racked $500 more Chippies.

Colored me up and i tip the pricks $25 dunno why i did it ...... because those years way back we got nothing.
