Just wanted to drop a line. I’ve played at BetaGame for a while. Now under Bookie.ag umbrella.

New management and customer service has taken care of me great. Specifically, John and Mike.

They arranged for M.Ord and already got a tracking number (Same Day I Requested)

They’ll pay the other half of my balance next week and I’ll be paid in full.

They’ve been fair and I do appreciate it.

I don't care to get paid by MO but when I get them I just deposit them.

Those check cashing places that sell MO's and cash checks and provide Western Union services, etc will probably cash them for you. I don't know for sure I've never been in one of those places.

So I went in to one and asked about it. And they said they needed the stubs to prove that I purchased them. Only one of the M.Ord (W///U) came with a stub. I’m debating taking it to my bank but I don’t know if I’ll get a look from them.

The other problem is I probably have 10 more M.Ords coming this week in that same denomination so I feel like I’d be setting off alarm bells.

I have only done it twice. The first time my bank asked where I purchased them and I told them I sold some coins online and only accepted MO's. Before they said anything else, I asked them to just deposit them and put on a hold until they cleared. She had to go ask someone (I was at the drive thru). She came back and said 30 days hold. I think the hold was removed in about a week. The next time I had them there were no questions asked when I just deposited them.

Maybe somebody else has had experience and will chime in.

Both times the amounts were 5 figures.

I do know that postal money orders can be cashed at the Post Office.

thanks for that guidance Jack… I was like 20 MOrds for the same amount to me would look funny if I was working at a bank. I know they’re doing their job but dang sometimes this process is harder than finding winners lol

My information will probably be useless, but I'll chime in for aortega521 .......

If the Money Orders are from any bank in the USA and you can go to that bank, go there and cash em. And no you do not have to be a member of that bank. I once had three Money Orders from a particular bank that I was not member of, in fact I never once stepped foot in that bank. I walked in with my Passport as ID and after about 10 minutes they gave me the cash. I did have to pay a 10 dollar "non member fee" on each Money Order but besides that, I had no problems.

I also once had a Money Order from Western Union, of course that was easy to cash, I just went to one of those places Jack mentioned above and they cashed it for a nominal fee (it was like 3 dollars if memory serves me) simply by showing my Passport as ID. Same thing for a Money Order I had from MoneyGram International, also super easy to cash because just like Western Union they have locations all over the world.

My best advice.....if the company/bank/whatever that is on the Money Order is from Canada or the USA call them and ask where to cash it, that can't hurt. Now if it is from some bank in the Cayman Islands or some shit, well I'd just deposit them at your bank and wait the two weeks for them to clear.

Now keep in mind the above examples took place in Canada, so I realize my information is most likely useless but I thought I'd try to help out aortega521 anyway.

Hope that helps❓ shrug.gif

I highly doubt this will be helpful for aortega521 but I'll post it anyway......

I actually cashed a Money Order (think the amount was around 1100 dollars or so) at the Silver Legacy Hotel and Casino in Reno, Nevada. If memory serves me correctly it was from the Bank of America (some branch in NY). It took about 20 minutes, but I got the cash with zero fees (obviously had to show ID). Somebody at the Casino got on the phone and called somebody at the Bank of America Corporate Office and verified the Money Order. I then got my cash and went on my marry way.

Casinos are always happy to give people cash at the cage, I mean you gotta walk by the Slot Machines, Table Games and Video Poker on the way out now don't ya:)

I mean if aortega521 is near one of those Mega Casinos, that is always an option. Obviously this isn't a common practice at a Casino, but if they know you are going to walk around their Casino Floor with wads of cash, they will try their best to make that happen.

Note: Obviously the Money Order would have to be from somewhere in the United States of America, and of course done during business hours. I highly doubt they'd cash a Money Order from Somalia or some place like that, no that ain't happening:ROFLMAO:

That actually just reminded me of last time I was in Las Vegas. I remember seeing a line about 20 people deep cashing their paychecks at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino. I asked one of the ladies in line why she was standing in line so long. She said that if you cashed your paycheck there they'd give you a 25 dollar "slot play". I thought that would be illegal, well guess not😲.

See as I said, anything to get you in the door walking around their casino floor with cash. Gee I wonder how many people blew their paycheck that friggen day?
