I saw the thread about withdrawal requests requiring a picture ID and a utility bill to verify your identity, but BetDSI is telling me to send in a copy of my ID and a print of my credit card and all of the information that goes with that card. They won't credit the withdrawal to that card, so WTF? How can your identity be at more risk than this???? The guy says it is for my protection.....please.

Has anyone else been asked to do something so risky? I don't feel good about this at all. I also didn't like the LiveChat asking me for my ID and password. ridiculous.

I have made W/D from Cris/Betdsi and never been asked for anything.

But perhaps that is because I am in Canada or because I didn't use a credit card.

Using a credit card at an offshore Sportsbook is just asking for trouble, I would never ever do that. In fact I'd never do that at legal Sportsbooks in Aussy and UK, but hey just my 2 cents.

For what it is worth I would have no problem with the "utility bill" stuff. But the "print of my credit card and all of the information that goes with that card" is a tad much. In fact at legal books in Aussy you have many options to prove your identity (when making 1st WD) but they would never go with the "print of my credit card and all of the information that goes with that card" schtick.

But as stated, if you use your Credit Card to an "offshore book" you are asking for trouble.

With all that said, the CRIS family of Sportsbooks are solid, you'll get your money eventually.

Kick - Options are limited. Even so, they received my money and I used it at their business. Why do I need to provide a credit card to get it back out if they won't credit that card? Am I the only one that thinks this is crazy?

IE2002 has a point, although I do think it is a little "crazy".

I guess it goes back to what I said above, if you deposit via credit card you are "playing with fire".

Alright. I finally filled out all the paperwork and got the debit card for cash outs.

$3 ATM withdrawal fee (meh, seems reasonable)
$1 ATM Balance Inquiry (really?)
$1 Online transaction fee (huh?)
$5 Activation fee (I already paid them $25 for the card, but I guess we'll make it $30)
$4.95 monthly admin fee ($60 a year to have it?)
$2 Card Load fee (wouldn't this fall into the monthly admin fee?)
$10 Sixty-Day Inactivity fee (WTF?)
$15 Card Holder Statement Fee (This is like a SNL skit)
$10 Card Cancellation fee (most appealing of the bunch)

Is this normal???? My buddy is with another book that uses this type of card and he said there is a charge to withdrawal from the ATM and another fee to load the card, but that was all he knew of.

So this is the withdrawal option from DSI?

Can you request a check by Fed Ex?

Your list is both informative and unbelievable.

It says you can request a paper check, but all I know is I wanted a paper check and they told me I had to fill out all kinds of verification paperwork with photcopies of my credit card, imprints of my credit card, copies of utility bills and my drivers license.....then they sent me this fucking card that looks like rip off city.

Bank Draft via FedEx processing time 7-10 business days (usually less) min $50 max $4900

Person-to-Person money transfer processing time take up to 7-10 business min $50 max $1000

there are others, see their website.

some of the things listed on that list for ATM normally a player would not use...like banks have they just list various fees for certain aspects.

Really? The card is to be used at ATMs, so which of those fees doesn't apply to a normal player?

PS: I only listed the ones that seemed like they would apply to me.

Here are the ones I didn't list:
$1 ATM transaction decline
$1 online decline
$25 card replacement fee
$35 charge back fee

I used to play at Bookmaker, IE. I joined BetDSI to support the site and enter a MadjackSports contest. I understand your role and I'm not trying to start shit, but I think this has been a bad experience and I just don't get it. I'm small change, but I'm a customer and I think their policies are unfriendly and ridiculous.

Also:
IE said:

$10 Card Cancellation fee

Do I have a choice as to whether or not I get a statement? How can you not think you'll ever cancel the card?

I'm just frustrated. If I'm not getting ripped off (thanks BetEd) then I'm getting hassled or gouged.
