I used to play at Bookmaker, IE. I joined BetDSI to support the site and enter a MadjackSports contest. I understand your role and I'm not trying to start shit, but I think this has been a bad experience and I just don't get it. I'm small change, but I'm a customer and I think their policies are unfriendly and ridiculous.

Also:

Do I have a choice as to whether or not I get a statement? How can you not think you'll ever cancel the card?

I'm just frustrated. If I'm not getting ripped off (thanks BetEd) then I'm getting hassled or gouged.

I dont know how big your roll is, but up to 5k there is a 100 dollar book to book transfer fee to 5dimes

5dimes is reasonable with withdrawals and very clear with their terms and conditions, with no surprises

If you transfer, can you get a paper check when you want to cash out? 5Dimes is where I want to end up for golf betting, so this is sounding pretty good. Thanks for the tip.

yeah, i get a paper check all the time,...

they give you one free on monday every 30 days up to 3k or 2.5k(i think if you sign up now) fedexed, never had it take more then 5 days to arrive

should also tell you will have to roll over your transfer amount at 5dimes at least 1x before cashing out, and they will ask you for the same info that betdsi asked you for
