I accidently bet 4 units on SMU +3.5 when I really wanted the over, called them immediately after my mistake and they switched the play over the phone with no hassle. Great book.

Hope you feel the same after you request a payoff from them Last year after Pinnacle withdrew from the US market, I requested my funds. Week after week, I was promised it would be afew days, then next week.... More than 2 mos went by before I finally got my funds.
Betus has turned around guys. I've withdrawn over 20k from them, I agree last year they used to f around with you a lot (eventually it woudl come) but now they send you a cehck within a week or 2.

I will fully agree that awhile back they were shaky as hell. They gave me the run around for a long time on a withdrawal in 2007. But I withdrew 6k about a month or 2 ago and it came without a problem.

I have been trying to get paid for three weeks now. Every day it is something else. They sent me a check that my bank could not verify and said was fake. Now they are saying they will send me a bank wire. At least some one is getting paid. It's just not me.

Still more excuses today. I can't get the guy I was dealing with, so its like starting over. We don't havethis, yes you do. Oh well you need to write viod on the check. Ok. Well our accounting department is closed. Call tomorrow. We have computers now that keep up with this stuff. This book is full of excuses.
I went through that routine for awhile too. Now they definitely have all my required info. We'll see when I make the next withdrawal, what kind of service I get.
What a joke this place is. I can't get anyone to tell me after I take care of something they will send the money. This is new just put me off 3 to 5 more days. WOW

the problem is with payment processors. even the top notch books get this problem every now and then.

it doesn't work like that. it's hard getting a good PP. most of the time the books are dumping them because of restrictions. and a lot of processors get shut down by our g'ment. it's complicated. losing neteller was a killer. blame the U.S. government, hypocrite, greedy bastids that want ALL the money for their horse racing and lotteries.
I run the Retail Program for a Financial Services company in the "Prepaid Industry" and believe me when I say it's all Federal AML and Reg E compliances...

I don't understand why the books aen't similar in their payout prorams. Betus has been by far more complicated. They have the same regulations when dealing with the U.S.

I can provide proof. I didn't mean to cause a problem. I thought this is what the thread was for. Now banning someone for providing useful info and acting like I am the problem. Not fair. I will give it a chance to be resolved and sorry if I caused a problem, but I didn't do any thing wrong and people will know why I was banned. I didn't cause this.
