I can provide proof. I didn't mean to cause a problem. I thought this is what the thread was for. Now banning someone for providing useful info and acting like I am the problem. Not fair. I will give it a chance to be resolved and sorry if I caused a problem, but I didn't do any thing wrong and people will know why I was banned. I didn't cause this.
no problem. you sent me your acct id and i am waiting to hear back from them. i'm skeptical when a newbie posts negatives about a sponsor and i needed some proof to your allegations rather than just talk.
i can tell you right now, after reading your email, that it is a payment processor problem that they have no control over.
you keep getting a different story when you talk to different clerks because they prob don't know anything about it.
i'll try to get to the bottom of this for you but not sure how long it will take because my contacts with betus are not with the owners, like most of the other sponsors we have here.
