I'm staying somewhere in Iowa the night before and will be in Iowa City on gameday. Wonder what time the Gameday crew will be there . I'll stop with the smart-ass stuff, Good win at Happy Valley for the Hawkeyes.

not a whole lotta choices between the quad cities and iowa city....LOL (well, unless you plan on sleeping in a cornfield )

you're married, right? wife gonna be along? will it be a group of people? would HIGHLY recommend stopping right across the IL/IA border in either Bettendorf or Davenport.....with a lead foot on Friday night, you would only be 40 mins away from Kinnick, tho.....on saturday morning, it will take you much longer...... if you end up planning a stay in the QC...post and let me know.... we could talk REDS into meeting up, too (unless he is going to IOW on friday night rather than making the dreaded saturday morning drive!!!!)

I TOO will be in Iowa City next week and the week after against the Spartens!

I will be there Friday night the Field House for pregame partying!
I will be in the dental office parkinglot on Sat Morning at 6AM sharp for tailgating and back to the Feild House Sat night victory party!


Maybe I'll see you all there, and I'll buy you all a beer with the money I cashed out from the Hawkeyes victory today and the soon to be ISU victory!

nope, you are passing Iowa City on Friday, then going BACK on saturday morning....GREAT IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!! Cedar Rapids is only about 20-25 Miles from the stadium, and an easier travel on game morning. we'll have to keep in touch between now and then, and if ya wanna meet up with an old lady and a couple of little kids at a cedar rapids burger king or something for breakfast........well.........................

nothing certain on our part yet, as i definitely have to go to Davenport on Oct. 16th and the following weekend for my dads 70th birthday, but also hoping to make a visit next weekend
