Do you think this "charity" will still be available if this is tied up in court until after the elections....

Of course not. I just like seeing the ridiculous Citizens United decision getting exploited for what it is.....complete bullshit.

Now, we just need a foreign power to try helping the Biden campaign so you guys can see how fucked up that is.

This "pissed off" Independent could give a RATS ASS about the left or right....Advocate all you want, TV/Radio/Net/Telemarketers... Banners, signs, hats ect ect ect I don't care, piss away all of your money....

But to be able to pay off Felons Debts to garner votes is just WRONG....And to have the BALLS to come out and say it, what the hell is going on in this country----We are all FUCKED!!!

100 million dollars could go a long to help Social Injustice, but who care about that right....Bunch a Bull Shit all the way around on both sides....

Then they should have let felons vote without paying off their fines first.

Amazing how much voter suppression goes on in this country.

The Poll Tax fines are all fine and good, but if someone tries to pay for them.... that?s when independents get angry!

No issue with someone paying fines, when someone is trying to "Buy Votes" that's a different story....And yes I'm an independent and I do get angry, when I see things I feel are wrong, I tend to speak my mind---you know, sorta like you.....:0008

Do you think forcing people to pay fines to vote, after a court deemed them eligible, is kosher?

I don't know that I care one way or another about felons being granted the right to vote (after paying their debt to society), but it sure doesn't seem right that they will have to pay to do so.

Then pass a bill like everything else that needs to be changed.

Is this how you want the judicial system to work? Every time power switches hands, they'll just change the law? That seems ridiculous. In this case, the people of Florida voted to allow some felons the right to vote after serving their sentence. Knowing this could negatively impact them, the Republicans in power instituted this poll tax to prevent the will of the people. Doesn't seem right.

BREAKING: FBI finds military mail-in ballots discarded in Pennsylvania. 100% of them were cast for President Trump.
Statement Of U.S. Attorney Freed On Inquiry Into Reports Of Potential Issues With Mail-In Ballots
HARRISBURG - On Monday, September 21, 2020, at the request of Luzerne County District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis, the Office of the United States Attorney along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Scranton Resident Office, began an inquiry into reports of potential issues with a small number of mail-in ballots at the Luzerne County Board of Elections.

Since Monday, FBI personnel working together with the Pennsylvania State Police have conducted numerous interviews and recovered and reviewed certain physical evidence. Election officials in Luzerne County have been cooperative. At this point we can confirm that a small number of military ballots were discarded. Investigators have recovered nine ballots at this time. Some of those ballots can be attributed to specific voters and some cannot. All nine ballots were cast for presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Our inquiry remains ongoing and we expect later today to share our up to date findings with officials in Luzerne County. It is the vital duty of government to ensure that every properly cast vote is counted.

.

If the court deem them eligible to vote then they should be able to vote, yes....

Right now one person is deeming himself the ruler because he has billions to pay off debts for one purpose, to buy votes...That I don't agree with.

Uhhhh, so if the court says they can vote, but the Republicans create a poll tax, where does that put you?

Ok you win....Everything you say is right, the rest of our opinions are wrong....Enjoy your night...

What I'm saying is the part of it that has you pissed off is backwards. The only reason someone is offering to pay the fines required to vote is because the Republicans slid that provision in AFTER the people of Florida voted to allow them to vote. Why is this so hard?

BTW, I'm super excited to hear who you end up voting for! :mj07:
