I just took South Florida +7 (-130) and Notre Dame +3 tomorrow. I know, the Irish never win a bowl game EVER, but Kelly is 15-2 ATS his last 17 as a puppy!

USF has a lot of talent and with Ellington still out at RB for Clemson, I think the Tigers will have a tough time winning by more than 7 even with Clemson having the pro-home crowd (didn't help Tenneshee today)
