smax, the coach is not that good. All he had to deal with was Oregon in Pac 12. Now he has to deal with the SEC. He won't last long. You can gamble going on 4th down every time in Pac 12. It didn't matter all the teams were bad. Different story now.

I agree. He stepped into a different dimension in Tuscaloosa. He has to realize it but, now what to do.
Traditionally, they take the money till they run you out. Bama has such a high standard, it won't take long.
I still feel we are moving to another Division in football. Big ten with SEC + maybe Notre Dame will have their own little domain and the rest will be a step below. Just a hunch.
