Those scorecards were way off, but I expected that with
the fight being in Balletto's back yard. I had my boy winning
at least 9 rounds convincingly. The judge that scored it a draw
should have his license revoked. Great fight for Goyo, and me.

Great week.....5-2 for +2.4 units

Would have went 6-1 for +4.5 if not for a headbutt in the Marquez fight, oh well.

Hey Box, what are you thoughts on the Roy Jones Jr Fight? Im a chalk layer, but man, its now -900 and im prolly not gonna touch that. What do you think about the KO though? Im leaning more toward that route as I think Tarver will try and go for the KO himself, expose himself and allow Jones Jr to get the KO......any thoughts? Thanks!

I think Roy is so good if he wants to ko Tarver he will.
If he wants to make a fool out of him by outboxing him
for 12 rounds he can do that too. One fight that comes
to mind is Jones-Griffen II. Roy was on a mission to get
back the title that was wrongly taken from him and Griff.
didn't stand a chance of making it out of the first round.
Tarver has been talking alot of sh*t about being the best
LH and Roy not giving him respect and even avoiding him.
I think because of all that Roy will make a statement in
this fight and prove that he is the best lightheavy ever.
Definitly would not play the over, if you decide to lay the
wood on Jones -900 I think you will be safe, good luck.

Thanks Box for the info, Im either going to take the UNDER 9.5 OR KO by Roy for -265. So of these two, which do you feel strongest about? Thanks

pinnacle`s got roy by k.o. at a cheaper price......g.l.

As usual GW is right, Pinnacle has Jones by ko at -204 and the under 9.5 at -152. Both of these prices are more generous than Oly's (big shocker there). Another option is the under 8.5 -105
at 5dimes.

Personally I would take the under 8.5 at -105, if Jones doesn't
catch him by then he probably won't catch him by the 9.5 and
this way you don't have to lay the wood.

(Btw, Pinnacle has Jones at -766)
