according to badlefthook:

Direct 8 (France), 5:30 p.m. Eastern, Hassan N'Dam N'Jikam vs. Advantil Khurtsidze, Steve Herelius vs. Roman Kracik. Here's the next step in the WBA's middleweight round robin, which hopefully will lead to a great fight in the near future. This is for a second interim middleweight title (uber-prospect Gennady Golovkin holds the other) offered by the body, and the winner will need to face Golovkin for the full title next.

Line posted for Hirales-Geles from Columbia. Just a friendly warning, that according to Boxrec, Hirales no longer fighting. Omar Soto is the replacement. Wouldn't want to see any wagers tied up on this one.

Also, doesn't look like sb will be offering lines on the big Aussie card this weekend. Too bad, some good competitive fights there. Geale-Karmazin definitely deserves a line...so does Zappavigna-Hoon Kim.

Thank the copy paste books, and the touts that copy the work ...and then send emails to all the other books that go up after the books your bitching about telling them to grow some balls, stop cutting limits, and take a reasonable bet on anything that resembles an original opening number of their own.

Why should touts make money charging donkeys off other peoples work when most of them are just flipping a coin anyways.

ANSWER: Because people are dumb enough to pay for it.

I wont contribute to them by opening early for sake of satisfying the banker hours bookies, the tout scammers, or the players.

Salt to the wounds...the boxing has been ready since monday morning to go live and on the board.

Thats why the Colombian bout had wrong opponent. :) I simply overlooked it when adjusting the numbers.

I hear you O, and I bitched a good bit about this in a recent forum... (last week, or maybe week before) check it. Pretty much said the same thing you just did, saying that these books have got to get some cajones and/or a linesmaker worth his salt.

I see how it works bro, and pretty much, as far as I can tell, all these books are waitin' on you, maybe one other guy I don't know, to get the lines out there. I'm glad you're out there to deliver, or boxing-betting may not be what it is at all. Don't blame you a bit. If I was in your shoes I'd do the same exact thing. :0074

What do you think about an Aussie line or two? Maybe wait for the other books to show, and then follow their money for once.

Thanks for the Russian lines though... I thought those would be questionable too.

I'm glad you understand.

I wont put a line up on a guy I avent seen.

Especially in MMA. I honestly watched about 12 hrs + of CageForce 4-7 , Sengoku, Shooto...the last 3days... it was brutal in Korean, Japanese and even in English with Schiavello on the mic.

But I can sleep knowing I did the work and that I wont get smashed on any one fight. I mean I dont get them all correct of course..but I have to guard the vault as much as open it.

I get several tweets and emails aweek from diff touts and emails from people that dont even have accts at books I do work with looking for lines.

And its people that are just getting requests at their own books and looking for a number.

Its frustrating and not limited to fights as great bookmakers like The Greek have had their intellectual property taken for years..particularly his halftime opening lines etc.

So unfortunately its just part of the overall machine and industry. Its just brutal.

I expected to get backlash for my post, but I am speaking the truth.

Its never personal, just bizness.

Thx for understanding.

***as far as the Aussie bouts...Briggs left sour taste in alotta peoples mouths. Its safe to say they know more about their fighters than I ever could in wake ofv that. So I try best to offer a decent menu, but passing on Aussie for while as well as select UK bouts.**

weekend plays

weekend plays

2 parlay - R. Garcia, D. Lemieux (-150) - large
Maybe homefield for the Columbian will play a role here, but for my part I see Garcia as being on a tested and higher level. De la Rosa has beaten no one, and has even struggled a bit against average opposition. Columbians often have puffed up records and falter when they step up. I think this will be the case here. I wish Garcia's brother Hirales was fighting because I would've had the same opinion about this fight, and would've hit the brothers huge in a parlay. We'll see if homefield bites me in the ass here, but I think Garcia will be way too good... As for Lemieux, no way in hell he drops his first to Camacho.

D. Shafikov (-175) - medium
Odds have traveled a bit now. I watched a fair amount of video for this one, and am fairly impressed with Shafikov. He seems to have superior upper body movement, accuracy, and activity to Zamora. Zamora can look a bit methodical. I was watching him struggle against a very average opponent, and then he brutally ko'd him with one punch. This made me a bit nervous for a moment, but I don't see Shaf being susceptible to this. Plus Shaf at home here. 117-111 Shafikov.

Lemieux-Camacho Jr. UNDER 9.5 (-160) - medium
I like this play, and odds have moved here too. Lemieux doesn't look like much at first glance, but he is very sharp and stinging with his shots. Camacho isn't elusive, and although he is somewhat durable, he hasn't been in with this level in a while. I am certain that Lemieux will not dick around here. He will want to look impressive in dispatching a name fighter like this. He will bruise, batter, and pummel Camacho in getting the stoppage well before round 10.

Good luck guys! More Saturday plays to come if all begins well.
