5 to 2 Abregu Romi

Abregu has the fight in hand but the KO looks unlikely

i thought agrebu would stop him in the 2nd or 3rd, estrada looks really shot. his power was below advertised or he didnt go for it enough

looks like the under loses.

SD for Abregu

DAMN...that's a little too close for my liking but a win is a win is a win.... that one would have hurt a little. Thx for the updates...having a 2nd good night in a row and hit a 5 way parlay to boot after Kauffman came through.

I have 1500 on froch tomorrow...I'm a little nervous and may hedge it.

I pulled the trigger on Oscar. I bet a decnt amt -165. I agree w/Sonny that the line will move back by fight time. I'll have time to hedge or possibly even scalp but I think I'll leave it as is.

I just watched the Showtime card. I thought Abregu won it 96-94. The kid got exposed a little. His power isn't reflective of his ko ratio. His shots are more clubbing and not thrown straight. He moves alot and it exhausted him late in the fight. Instead of running from Estrada he should have clinched to slow Estradas pace dwn and get a breather. Estrada fought well enough to get another shot at an up an comer on TV. He was coming on late in the fight and Abregu was in serious trouble near the final bell.

Props goes to A2C for bringing the weights for this fight to the boards attention...

Thank you brother...Hope you loaded up on that under.....

:mj06: :toast:

Thanks, Ghost. I bought back my original over play with a double-up wager on the under, so I made some medium-sized cash. I was surprised to see the under sticking at the -105 price despite Farrell's conditioning (or lack thereof). Now, it's onto taking money from the public tonight...

I nearly took the over BEFORE the weigh in...strictly boxrec capping as I'd never seen either of these guys. Farell was/is horrendous and was still able to tag Kaufman quite a bit. Kaufman will need to be very carefully matched.
