box, i know you always mention scalps that you had, just wanted to see if any of you guys have been looking at the different props at 5dimes/pinnacle the last hour or so. just got a nice scalp on hopkins not by ko (-400) at 5 dimes and hopkins by ko (+475) at pinnacle.

also hit a smaller one with quartey at (-409) at pinnacle and bojor.(+420) 5dimes. not too much profit there but guaranteed money is guaranteed money right?

any of you guys like bojorquez by ko. took a (1/4 unit) wager on him to win by ko at +1108 at 5 dimes. thought it's got a decent chance to come in.

gw...congrats on Dzindziruk...gl on Parra

HG

Nice job on the scalps, I've played quite a few recently that I didn't post. Last week the Abdulaev over was -145 at sportsbook, and the under was +173 at 5dimes. This week I got Abraham -115 at sportsbook and Ikeke +130 at pinnacle.

A few weeks ago I played the Hopkins-Taylor under +244 at pinny, right now I can get the over at -200 but I'm waiting to see if it gets any lower.

As posted in your thread, I played Taylor +110 when he opened and now Hopkins is +134, a very nice scalp there but I'm waiting to see how high it will go. I got Taylor by 12 round at +205 and now I can get "not" by decision at -180 but I'd rather just scalp it with Hopkins + whatever

Anyway, there's plenty of free money out there if you have accounts at all the books and if you can get the openers. Of coarse it also helps to know which way the lines will move.

Hi...Just a little info

Hi...Just a little info

Here is something that I have cut and pasted from another forum, that was part of a bigger discussion on the individuals named as being big in Vegas. I'm just trying to return something to this forum, since I do take from it. Take is as just "extra info", do with it what you will.

hey just a little info i am a runner out here........ here is the deal with billy baxter he is a huge bettor out here and one of the most respected gamblers out here. I think he at one time moved for walters but i don't think they do much business. he is considered a great poker player and great sports bettor, he is considered to have the best boxing opinion in town. he used to manage alot of boxers and is very well respected in the boxing community. he is also very famous out here for being the main guy who staked stuey unger everytime he went broke. he has a mansion and a huge house in augusta, so he is not winning and paying a apartment mortgage. he is also very liked out here, which is the opposite of billy walters who i have never heard one person say something nice about. .... i know if baxters runners beat me to the window and lay 21 the game will always be 20 or less. here is a little free info he is the one who is betting taylor in tommorrows fight i know he layed all the even on taylor and now the fight is like -25 taylor. his boxing opinion is considered the best in town. and his son told me it is a large play for them. the smart guys out here are all on taylor, which doesnt mean taylor has to win but take it for what its worth.

Have to give you credit boxie. You said you were waiting for Hopkins to go plus money, and it did. I did'nt believe it would move so much. Without a doubt your opinion is quite well versed and respected, but all I'm hearing is how Hopkins alone will adjust. As if Taylor is waiting for the script to be written so he can follow it. I just feel one of B-Hops most valuable assets was his ability to get inside a guys head and spook him pre-fight.
I don't feel he has that advantage this time. Also I feel one of the best bets in sport is backing a newly crowned champion. I'm going with the kid.

Thanks frank and gl, good to see you back around here

Its working out just like I planned, Hopkins is now +130 at Carib but for some reason I can't myself to pull the trigger.
As posted I have Taylor +110, with +130 out there now I'm scalping that play but thats it.

At this point, Taylor by 12 round decision at +205 seems like the best play on the board so I'll let it ride and its the only play I'll recommend. With the free money coming in on the scalp, it won't hurt me if the prop loses.

To be completely honest, I hope Hopkins beats the kid and leaves the sport on top securing his legacy

Draw +1500 it's worth a shot. I feel that it will go the full rounds and Taylor should win by decision but the Judges will call it a draw since they don't want Hop to go out a looser. JFF

umm umm umm.....books got what they wanted...bojorquez is able to take a beating for 9 and 3/4 rounds....

i wonder why they let it go that extra 3/4 round?.....same kind of beating went on every round....lol

that said...quartey still has the jab...but not much else......no right hand...no power.. not much snap on anything but the jab....

somebody that moves their head can do some business...

we`ll be watching...

Very Nice

Very Nice

Taylor by decision and the over came through

And thanks to a couple guys at another forum I also hit Dzindziruk +125 and Vasquez +350

Btw, I predicted Taylor by decision with a 6 point margin of victory in the 5dimes contest in the general forum...$100 winner

Another huge night, now riding a 8 week winning streak

That was crap. b-hop threw less and connected more. Taylor was holding all the time. It should have been a draw :cursin:
