I think Marquez sucks and McKart showed that he can still be very competetive, I believe in the broken ear drum....

...yes and the location is a plus.

No further coverage on this bout, so there are still a lot intangibles...

I guess it's worth a try! :)

"the bunker"
where did they dig up raul marquez?.....which comeback is this?....

this guy gives new meaning to the word"sloooow"...

mckart ususally only loses to top fighters....sooooo,you talked me into it at +115....

homecourt should help a bit...marquez can hurt you if he hits you,though...mckart needs to box...

I went to Berlin just to see him live against a durable opponent in Daniel Bispo. Bispo was knocked out once before against Fres in 9.
But went the distance against Cantatore, Corrie Sanders (Sanders hurt his left hand in the first though), Fragomeni.

Hernandez took him out with a two shot combo and Bispo was out cold for five minutes at least.
If you look at Hernadez record he takes guys out very early (6 kos in the first round of 8 stoppages) and they are KOs not Tkos.
This pattern lead me to bet first round ko of Azzaoui and Hernandez delivered. But Azzaoui basically quit in this on but he quit because he didnt like to feel the power of Hernandez.

Anyway i have not seen the fights of Hernandez in which he had problems (Avila).

The good thing with my bet is i dont care who gets the ko and Braithwaite is not likely dec in germany against Hernandez.
The odds are basically the same at 200 and 225.
Maybe Wayne gets lucky and we both win.[/QUOTE]

I was right about th power of Hernandez but you were right to be sceptical about Hernandez.
He had Braithwaite down in the first but Braithwaite comes back and knocked him out in the 3.
Sorry Romi but offensive Hernandez is top notch but he cant take it.

That's the breaks. Congrats on the under call!

I don't usually chase but I'm on the McCart bandwagon tonight. I put down 5 bucks to win 575. Good luck everybody!

I believe Mccart is a solid bet. I always like the taller boxer in his homeetown against the smaller puncher.

Good luck

Marq wins spl nod. What a horrible turn of events this week. Very poor money management after having a guaranteed 6 hund win this week...live and learn.

tough break. one round on one card and we at least dont lose money. the fight was probably clearer than the scorecards.
what pisses me off that i had a fat parlay with this cung lee guy and Mccart. the big dog delivers but Mccart doesnt.
We will be back with Calzaghe and cotto. I need these two bad.

Sorry, guys, if I talked anyone into taking McKart.

Originally, my only pick for this week was the over for the Phillips bout.

I ended up making a lot more bets, maybe I should be a little more selective.

McKart seemed to be a good pick, but I dont think anybody really had any insight into their current shape, training camp, etc..

I won good money on the over of Phillips and Bundrage straight, but not enough to completely cover my losses....

I really thought Verno was a live dog, but didnt pull the trigger, because of DK....instead I jumped on the Hernandez wagon...

BTW, I think Calzaghe and Cotto are in for a fight, I'm almost certain, that they will have to struggle....
