I was wondering why the results for the lady fights from Germany were taking so long to post...

Fightnews reporting that El Halabi was SHOT by her stepfather and former manager in the dressing room before the fight. Two security staff also shot. Nothing said about her or others status.

8 of 10 fights completed before shooting...

Guess I'll post result

Retzke W10 Halasi

I like Helenius big time tomorrow. Cornerstone play of the weekend. Odds have traveled by now. Helenius has been brought along steady by a good team, and has looked impressive. We know what Peter is by now. He can still punch, but Helenius will be prepared for that. Timing seems just right here for Helenius to look good again.

I also like Romi's Palacios play. I think he may be underrated. He has been devastating lately, albeit against limited comp. Wlod has not looked that great lately. Frag KO was good but a draw before that, plus tough go against Jason Robinson... Location difficult, but I like Palacios at the price to pull the upset.

N'Jikam-Lorenzo looks to go over, but the price is too high for me.

Good stuff Sat. night too... Let's see how this goes.

Going to be some big time pressure on us early on but if the Finn survives the early going, I think we got it. The jab is going to be key. Hopefully the big lug doesn't get brave here. A simple 1-2 over the course will win it. I'm on this big as well. Best of luck to us :toast:

Seems like we have team plays this week!

I have been on Helenius and Palacios for quite some time and added some money on Palacios over as well!

I also think that iit makes sense to play Palacios WPTS as he is unlikely to stop Diablo!

Peter is just plain out fat! He needs a lucky punch!

I've been waiting for Eddie Alvarez to DRILL Curran ever since that crap decision against Imada.

Curran is in deep shit here, and I'm going to enjoy every second of it. I'm an Alvarez believer.

German Result

German Result

They are now changing it to a TKO, but it doesn't matter

The ref could have counted to 100

Winnable bout for Peter, perhaps, at 240 pounds. Not so much at 260.

HUGE punches Peter took to end it -- last hook was scary.
