There are a couple of fights worth betting on this week.

Kelly Pavlik (36-1) vs. Sergio Martinez (44-2-2)
I think Pavlik -170 steamrolls Sergio in the later rounds. I think Sergio is a great boxer with sketchy stamina.
Kelly is a bigger version of Margarito. Plodding but steady and wears you down as the fight go's on.

Lucian Bute (25-0) vs. Edison Miranda (33-4)
Miranda at +600 is worth a punchers chance.

Robert Stieglitz (37-2) vs. Eduard Gutknecht (18-0)
Gutknecht at +400 is the bet of the week. He is a nifty boxer and Stieglitz should not be this heavily favoured over anyone.
Remember Stieglitz fight with Lukas Wilaschek??? The guy could not break an egg but had Stieglitz staggering all over the place.

Good luck Fella's!!! :toast: :toast: :toast:

As the fight is in germany:
I am pretty sure that if it goes to the cards, the dog will be betrayed... (once again) :violin:

Tough match-making break for Pantera Miranda. After facing the likes of Abraham, Pavlik, and Ward, he was all set to face Stieglitz a couple months back, which I think was a very winnable fight for him. Now, with Stieglitz fighting on the same day, he get's Lucian Bute instead, who I don't think any super 6 fighter would be too eager to face.

Both Gutknecht and Stieglitz are russian germans tho it's true that Stieglitz will be fighting in his town . I've thought Gutknecht did better against Balzay overall where Stieglitz was mostly able to take advantage of hungarian's questionable cardio in the later rounds and make him quit . Gutknecht is tall with big reach , not great at using it but he is solid . Stieglitz at - 500 is laughable .

Doesn't appear as if the books are going to provide an over/under on Green/Siaca. Fight should be starting in about 12 hours. I don't like the long odds but I Still hit green nonetheless for BIG money. I have him for -550, -600 and parlayed. This is a huge bet by even my standards. Green isn't as good as his last fight might imply but he SHOULD get by the smaller and fading Siaca. Siaca is going to need something huge to pull this out. There have been bigger surprises in the last few yrs but I don't think it happens here. I'll be setting my alarm to watch this live. Good luck Jackers!
