prices at Caesars today, 4/20/2005

By the way, I go in to check the board and lo and behold a press conference just ended and some of the boxers are present. Mosley, Margarito, Estrada, but no Cintron. Is this a bad omen? Well, anyway this is what's posted there now:
Margarito-120: prop; will go 12+120, won't-150
Cintron-110
McCline-170:prop; will go 8 full-130, won't even $
Brock+140
Mosley-700
Estrada+500
Also, Corrales -150, Castillo +120.
There are some others if anyone casres to ask.

I made some small changes above.

Added a small play on Ibragimov -242...lay 1 to win .4 and pulled a little off the under just in case.

Also pulled a little of the parlay, still love it but I already have enough on Ibragimov.

I read in another forum this quote:
"There are rumblings from inside Cintrons camp that Cintrons hand is not 100%, but that he can't afford to miss this payday."

I was leaning on playing Cintron but I will probably just pass...Also, since Frank stated he was a no show for the press conf...Now there are two omens.

Good luck with your wagers though.

"the bunker"
b.l....my brotha`....you can defecate in my thread and i`m fine with it...i`m all over your threads on a regular basis...

and flipper...that hand is a real concern....i wish cintron had taken a tune-up....

i actually was looking at this fight as a fairly decent sized play way back when... ...before the long layoff .....and the hand issue has not been resolved in a real fight yet....

that`s why i didn`t step out on cintron....even if the hand is jim-dandy,that layoff is a concern...

it will be a damned shame if the hand determines this fight...because i believe that cintron has enormous potential...

Yes indeed box! As they like to say here, "good job"! And the more I think about it, the more I look for Mayweathe-Gatti to not go to the scorecards. As Gatti attempts to bull his way in versus a defensive monster like Floyd, he will eat lots of leather. Styles is the deal here. McGirth will stop the fight when Arturo face looks like chop meat.

Pulling Cintron

Pulling Cintron

I have decided to pull my play on Cintron due to the hand issue. He will obviously need to be 100% healthy to beat Margarito, especially late in the fight. There will be a lot of heavy punches landed in this fight and if the hand is not fully healed it will be reinjured for sure. I'm not taking any chances at basically even money against a fighter like Margarito.

Sorry for making the late change but I have to do it from time to time. Inside info and weigh-ins will influence my plays. Always check back here late in the week as my card is subject to change.

No apologies are required. You have the honesty
to say what you are thinking. This is always a possibility with boxing. Myself, I may stay on the play. Guys have fought with broken hands, noses, fractured bones and torn ligaments. Versus a tough hombre like Margarito it's scary, but I don't know if I want to jump ship just yet.

Mosley wins by 10 round UD

He should have stopped Estrada with body shots but for some reason he decided not to. ESPN probably paid him to make it go 10 exciting rounds after Diaz pulled out. The way McCline fought, they must have paid him too.
