Hmmm.. Boxrec calling Salido decision split, but fightnews reporting decision as unanimous - Cruz down twice and fading at end? No matta...

:00hour :00hour :00hour

Location in Salido's backyard made that a must play at plus odds, but looks like Salido won legit...although, wouldn't be suprised if Salido is back on da juice.... Mexico is willing to overlook quite a few things..

In Mexico, anything goes.....

GREAT GREAT WEEK...I don't much care for Jacko but....:11jackson this week calls for it. Aside from the hedge I had to place on Paulie to cover a huge bet, the week was perfect. Congrats all around to THE BEST capping site in the land!

Aww Romi, come clean , you use to do the moonwalk in your living room and cry your eyes out with all those young ladies when Jacko was at his peak.

Anyone notice Humberto Soto inside or under has been a sucker bet for a while now. His peak was probably when he crushed Lorenzo the first time with Cortez taking it away from him, probably at 130.. just turned 30 but I believe over 60 fights and not the power at 135..l

you never know. You can walk into any pharmacia in Mexico and buy the shit over the counter. And Salido is a seriously strong ass mofo anyway. I remember Juan Manuel beat him but gave him loads of respect a few years back - basically stayed the hell away from him. Yeah, he be strong.

If I could moonwalk, I certainly would have been doing it last night. Best weekend in a few years :00hour

I know it's easy to slam fighters on a forum (guilty as charged) especially from our perspective but I RARELY mean to be offensive on a personal level....of course unless I wagered the farm on the guy :mj07: On a serious note I have the utmost respect for ALL those that step into the ring for our entertainment and provide us with the opportunity to make a few bucks as well. These comments are from Ashley Sexton....he took the time to post this @ Boxrec.

Hey everyone
I'm not here to get in a slagging match but I just wanna say I'm sorry if I came accross as a prick in the interview I was just so gutted tho it was a draw I was only there to win and iv got nuffing aganst shinny or jack but they were going on about me using my head It was a clash of heads not a head butt I didn't go out there looking to nut him and if u watch I have a good start untill he nuts me and my nose is spread across my face this is boxing and the sport we are in u have to dig deep and get on with it that's why I wasn't happy also so meny people are saying I lost the first 8i really belive I won round 2,3 & 4 then 9,10,11,12 a lot of shots shinny was throwing I was chatching and I thought I was nicking them there's nothing I can do now but we will be having a rematch in september I promise iv learnt so much and I will beat shinny in the rematch!thanks for the support and critisium it will only make me better and I'll learn from my mistakes but I don't ever want anyone to think I'm disrespectful coz I would deserve a good slap I'm not and I'm sorry if I came across as a spoiled kid I was just devistated!it won't happen again!thanks and take care ash sexton!

Very classy move.
I can understand being devastated at the time - and I did think he came off as a spoiled brat. This changes my mind.
He's young and that type of attitude will only benefit him as a fighter.
Good job Ashley Sexton.
:mj06:

And on the other end of the spectrum, we have Tyson Fury, who seemingly wants to take a shit on every fighter not named "Tyson Fury" or "Danny Williams"

You have to catch Andre Direll's comments regarding Fury @ Boxingscene. It's fvcking hillarious. I guess this is one of those "rare" times :142smilie that I intend to be offensive on a personal level...but this guy Tyson Fury is truly a douchebag.

Direll in response to Fury calling him an actor

"WOW what a comeback. Stick to boxing, well I can't say that, you suck. Do yourself a favor and put a cheeseburger on your glove, that way the next time you hit yourself, it's for a reason"

The thing about Dirrell fight. First I have to say I think Dirrell is smart and he was underrated for long time. Finally he got much deserved recognition, so I am not Dirrell hater.
That being said, I bet very small on Dirrell by decision and maybe I biased. Obviously I re watched replay many time and I had no doubt he was acting. Then I saw on boxrec many people voted and turns out over 50% people there think that he was not acting. This was really surprising to me. In fact, I have very hard time understanding how anyone can think he was not acting.
I am very curious is anyone here think that Dirrell was not acting?
