I like my chances

Judah looks much bigger right now, but I'm sure that will change by fight time knowing Cotto

Nice call on Segura tailed you on it. A little embarassed to say that I watched the fight on telemundo and tried to put closed captioning on hoping it would give me english subtitles. No dice on the cc, but i'll take a 90 sec victory

Thanks

Doesn't that piss you off, pisses me off, they broadcast those fights throughout the US but they don't even make captions available to us?

thank god for home cooking.....i had bailey winning.....

the guy`s problem has always been lack of activity.....he has never thrown enough punches....

i thought he outboxed ngoudjou..and i think he could have stopped him if he`d exerted himself......even considering he hoarded his punches like they were $1,000 bills....

thought i was starting the weekend out 0-2.....

ohhhh canada!!:grins:

I believe I started by saying..."Although its not likely..."

I'm not saying Judah will win a close one just b/c they are in NY, I'm just saying the homefield advantage will help Zab more than it will hurt him. Obviously he has a better chance of winning in NY than anywhere else in the world.

My point is that, although its not likely, its possible that Zab uses his speed advantage and footwork to pull off a close decision here. In that case dooley would lose all 3 bets, and I wouldn't recommend that to anyone.

Well, I guess you are right about the whole losing three bets thing. That would make a bad situation just that much worse. I just think Zab or Cotto for that matter, won't last a full 12 rounds IMO...

Adding

Segura over Reyes -200...lay 2.0 to win 1 unit

gl bl

I wish I would have went bigger, but I have him in two parlays as well, so I still should do well. I was thinking Segura would wear Reyes down to stop him between 8-10. I never thought it would only go half a round. I'll take it though!!

I agree that Thompson should get it done for all the reason's you stated, and the Top Rank promotion is always something to consider. Their fighters will definitly have the juice here. But Foreman is also from NY and he's a Tommy Brooks fighter so I'm a little hesitant. I might just throw Thompson into a parlay.

Either way, I hope you hit it, those are very nice odds you got. Line must've moved fast on that one, good catch.

gl bl

Thompson is up to -185, so maybe more people are catching on to him late. I'm glad I got him for the -130.......

The Pac/Soto under is up to -200. A little bit more and I might just hedge it. It's rather tempting to let it ride though, since I can't see Pac getting to the middle of the 9th round...

i lost a few dollars this weekend.....thanks to tarver pushing his punches...no snap....he looked like an amateur when he thought he had muriqi hurt...

i hope he fights dawson next......tarver`s way to slow...i was shocked at how he pushed the left hand....

judah did his usual schtick...looked like ray robinson for 2 rounds....and then played box turtle...

he`s not a coward.....nothing like that...he doesn`t quit....but,he just stops trying when guys aren`t intimidated by him....

he`s the most physically gifted, mentally weak fighter i`ve ever seen....

he`s not a great fighter...he almost always fails vs the top tier....he doesn`t give himself a chance to win....he just withdraws when the going gets tough....

very flawed guy...

but,no sense fiddling with the worry beads....on to next week....

Basically my thoughts also Wesael. The guy Just hits Cotto whenever he wants and big shots to boot but kinda just breaks down mentally. I guess that is the risk we take when we bet on a fighter like this. Losing this fight but watching a real fight for a change, makes the sting of losing a lot easier to take.
