lost 750 on the alcine over and lost my profit for the week. Im down 6 hunb and change. Doing what I don't do and chasing it w/a gamble on thompson inside...almost +900 for 2 bucks. Gl People. I don't like the way things have materialized since that fcker cortez blew the call in vegas. I don't want to lose perspective on what is still a very good yr of betting.

Line is still on the board at 5dimes...

I'm having second thoughts on this fight

Adding parlays...

Klitschko -770 / Mosley -750 / Calzaghe -330...(-150)...lay .30 to win .20

No 1st round KD's or KO's -1050 / Mosley -750 / Calzaghe -330...(-165)...lay .65 to win .40

I put a medium bet on Vanda tonight. I have never been big on Junior and I would bet my granny against him at +1400 (she would probably do better than Vanda).

Had to join with a small play on the over and then I don't think Donaire should be that much of a dog- he's the bigger dude, so smallerl play at +1000 or so.

Chavez junior is soooo lucky this was not a 12 rounder or he was in deep shit.

The judge who gave him all 10 rounds needs shot.

I HATE that Vanda was dancing around the ring shadow boxing straight after the fight as it means he still had more left in the gas tank. I believe all fighters should look like junior in a distance fight. Depleted and can't get their sorry arses of the stool for 10 minutes. It means he gave all he had and he does seem to have inherited the old mans chin.

Well, goodbye to the shittiest week of my gambling life. On MLB not boxing.

I thought a ten round fight would be more to Vanda's benefit.
Well, ok, it looks like Vanda was worth a shot at +1300.

The over brought me back in the winning column, but barely....

"the bunker"
if "dumb" luck were bricks this weekend,i`d be the great wall of china...

i was wrong on the alcine/santos over, wrong on thompson(even though that was still worth the longshot par imo)......and ignored weepaul`s advice about alcine`s chin even though i respected santos` career...

late in the game i decided to hedge with "klit inside" at -185,which thinking back on it,was dumb because the alcine par and the thompson par were very small potatos cost wise... if i`d lost the klit inside at -185,the loss would have become a little more significant....

and then i stumbled into the sikahema thing, which now that i look back on it,gambling wise,i should have spent just a little more on(canseco`s prep was allegedly bad and sikahema appraoched it with a "holy grail" mentality and he had the experience)....

i was extremely stupid this weekend and stumbled, literally, into a minor winning week....had one brain fart after another... no focus whatsoever...

it is truly better to be lucky than good..

The Over cashed easily...as expected

Congrats on a great week

That was a solid pick, the over on Donaire-Solis, wish I didn't limp in, I played it too safe after the big wins out of fear of denting the weekend. Could have completely erased the Joe Cortez damage, that fukker. That will likely be the worst beat we ever take in capping boxing. Romi hit the Vanda-Chavez over, last minute to end the weekend positive.
