what do you guys think about guitierrez +1250 over tua? I took it small because while I know nothing about guitierrez I know enough about tua -heavy, one dimensional- to know he shouldn't be a huge favorite against a lot of guys with a pulse.

the mesi/picchirillo over looks very good also.....

may even look at the branco/siaca and castillo/banks overs....

branco`s pushing 40...i know...but siaca is fighting a legit lt heavy that`s never been stopped in his home country....a little dangerous...not sure if branco is done.....he usually lasts late into fights...and siaca usually fights at super middle....

castillo usually fights at heavy...and i don`t think he`s a big puncher....he`s only been stopped by klit...and even with power, banks is only a lt heavy....

these 2 are shaky...a parlay at best...i fully expect pichirillo/mesi to go to the cards...

i`d appreciate an opinion ot two....thanks...

side note....i don`t bet baseball...but,i`ll make a small exception tonight....the orioles,as bad as they are, look like a nice bounce back play tonight vs the woeful royals.....

the orioles usually do o.k. vs the teams that they out man.....and loewen is a decent pitching prospect....

they blew a 4-0 lead yesterday....a little more focus tonight...

The jump up in weight might actually help Siaca. The guy is absolutely huge at 168 and has to struggle to make 168. You are right though that Branco usually goes late but I still think that is a very risky play. I think both guys can hurt each other. On the bright side it is 9.5 rounds and not 11.5.

Don't know enough about Banks to get a good read on that fight

I know enough about Siaca and Branco to know I wouldn't touch the Over in that one

Messi recently went the distance with Garcia which makes the Over very possible, but I can't get past Messi's long history of being stopped by very light punchers. He was stopped 3.5 years ago by Bouzid who only has 11 ko's in 36 fights. Yes, he redeemed himself a year later by losing a decision to Bouzid, but that doesn't mean much imo. I can't get past the fact that he's been stopped 3 times in his career by mediocre punchers.

Obviously my take on these Overs is based on straight bets at the current prices. If you're using parlays to get down to even money or better, that changes everything.

i don`t know how to bet baseball...because "gobble" didn`t start for k.c.,i had a "no-bet".....hell,they tried to kick it away in the 8th and 9th anyway....

figures...

and i lost my small parlay..had a 3-way throw away(and that`s what it did..lol)with the overs in branco and messi.picchirillo..thanks for the responses.....saved me some jack...

i am surprised at the way castillo folded....maybe that weight loss was a killer...he seemed to die after that first round....he seemed to be going in slow motion by the 3rd...

i was shocked at the punches that took him out...legit heavyweights couldn`t get him out....

very odd...

Yea, I was getting all wet when he dropped Banks. Thank goodness it wasn't a monster bet. And furthermore, you are not authorized to post baseball here! LOL!
