WAGERWEBS are going up as I type this. (They are parners w/ me at Oddessa, so naturally they have the numbers up as well and they advertise here)

I layed an early # on Gardner and bet over myself when someone opened before me. Just need to worry about a cut. Good luck chief.

Good to see a sponsor book putting up your numbers

Why not sponsor mj's and get the extra business yourself?

Just wondering

You can get Jones +285 at 5dimes, +295 at Pinnnacle, and +275 at wagerweb (all sponsor books)

You can get the Jones-Moore over 7.5 -105 and Mora over Arroyo -140 at wagerweb and betoddessa (nonsponsor)

Gardner was ez money.

But IMO, the over and the by decision were a sweat from Round 8 on. That woman doctor came very close to stopping the bout on the cut to the dog. He was getting shut out on all cards and there was really no need for him to continue. Not to mention the 'Augustus' like fouls that could easily have turned into a DQ in Gardners backyard.

I was basically on same side as you tonight. I needed Gardner.....I layed the price (the opener of -420) for the limit, and had over 9.5 as well.

Anyway, if you didnt sweat that, you have balz of steel, because I sweated every commercial after RD 8 expecting a btwn RD TKO win for Gardner because like you said it was a lopised affair.

Anyways good call. A win is a win.

I dont plan on dropping by much, but popped in today to let people know that Wagerweb has a nice boxing menu as well and they do advertise here.

Good luck gentlemen.

Rosales vs Marquez Over 9.5 as a dog sounds pretty good. What do you think? It's -110 on pinny. I'll make a small bet if I survive today's baseball :)

I have to admit the cut worried me a little despite my balz of steel. But as you know I play a lot of overs, so I'm use to sweating these things out.

A couple of Eric Morales fights broke me in the right way...

I played the Morales-Hernandez over 11.5 at -200ish, within the first 3 rounds a huge cut opened up over Hernandez' eye. I thought for sure the fight would be stopped before it got halfway through. After pacing and sweating for 30 minutes the fight was over and the ticket was cashed. I probably lost 5 lbs and 5 years off my life on that one.

I played the Morales-Chavez over 11.5 at -200ish also. Morales was hurt early in the fight but recovered. Chaves was dropped at least twice within the first 3 rounds and was taking some very big shots. Then Chavez injured his right shoulder in the middle rounds and had to fight one handed the rest of the way. After sweating, pacing, and slugging beers the entire fight, the over cashed in.

I could give many more examples but I think you get my point, last night was just another day at the office for me.

Thanks again for the numbers

Gotcha. Its all part of the bizness.

I still recall 2 of the most significant Totals over the past couple years for me.

Campus vs DLH
Licona vs Marquez
Trinidad vs Hopkins

I was on right side of 2 outa 3, but talk about endings.

I was just pointing out last night night was a sweat. ESPN has not been kind the past 2 weeks. I needed Moore by Decision vs Jones.

Incredibly slow boxing week for me and forums wars going on everywhere else, so I figured I'd spend some time chatting with some of the Mad Jack crew for a change.

Good luck on rest of ur picks.

I don't see any +money out there right now

I won't tell you not to play it, but I'll tell you why I'm not playing it.

Marquez was KO'd in the 3rd round by Adrian Valdez at 126. He waas stopped by JM Marquez in the 10th, Castillo in the 10th, and two other times early in his career.

The fact that he lasted 9 full rounds with Marquez is impressive but it was at 126 and he was stopped regardless.

Rosales is the bigger guy here, he fought at 135 most of his career prior to dropping down to 130 for his last fight. Rosales is not a huge banger but he can punch a bit and the size advantage could play a factor late in the fight.

No play for me

gl if you hit it

My email addy may have only accepted emails from people on my Contacts list. I apologize. I always respond to everyones emails.(I also have a history of computer crashes at my home office...........coulda been during that down time.)

If ever send one again, just title it BOXLOCKS. It will be hard to miss.

Once again, I am always available. I'll be around here a bit this week. This is really a slow last 2 weeks for boxing, so I am floating around checking out the sport forums this week.
