Wow, I didn't think my after the fact post on Peterson v Castaneda would cause such a ruckus. I'm new here too but enjoy the banter and simply mentioned what happened. I lost on Torres and posted that, too. And, no, this is NOT punchmaster.

Anyway, has anyone seen a line on Santos vs. Alcine yet?:0corn

Kramden; when a guy posts a play after the fact and we let it go it degrades the the whole operation. It's total BS to do it and only makes the person involved look like a moron. Plus there was some ongoing banter in existence already about this. Very few do it and they won't last long around here anyway.

GW, I nominate you for forum President, Ambarassor, and School Principal. Hell, you may as well be Public Relations Representative while you're at it.

Big props, time for some booze! :mj06:

How bout this scenario Frank. A certain "King Forum" poster coming out the day after the Soto fiasco and saying he piled in on Pacquiao to make up for it. Apparently it's ok then but not for anyone else. What a consistent load of shite going on here that's a little too obvious. I had no intention of adding any negativity or even participating in this joke until forum king decided to take a shot long after the game was over and the only reason I found out is because 2 people from this forum let me know privately.

I think there is a bit too much ego involved here. ;-)

In another betting forum there was a quite similar situation, where it seemed that everybody was more concerned about his "standing" than anything else.

Everybody makes a pastpost from time to time, BTW, I actually was going to post a recommondation on Vidoz, but then went on to hedge my bet when I discovered Vidoz weight ;-)
...so lucklily I didnt.

I dont like it too much, because it doenst help anybody anymore,...but anyways, I grant everybody his winnings, and if he is just posing,...well bad for him, but frankly, why should we care too much.

BTW@boxlox
I think you did quite well with your dogs, maybe you could exploit that some more...

Take it easy! :)

This sht is BEYOND ridiculous. The topic has been rehashed and rehashed about 50 fcking times. It's a good site w/some VERY good cappers but there is too much fcking drama. There was no need to say that most on the board "don't get it". I took it as a stab. Box invited me to the board so I respect him for that and the guy is indeed a good capper but this is getting very old... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I thought we were grown men here. Unfortunately it's turned into a fcking tupperware party. If somebody makes a past post then a simple comment would suffice. There is no need to rehash old news and take pokes at people you don't like. Hopefully this sht can be dropped once and for all. If not, I'm outta here.

Wow. Wish I never signed up at this site so I would not feel obligated to point out how pathetic some of you guys are. I can't help myself. Regulars are quick with the pats on the back and quicker with bitchslaps when things dont go your way or someone has a different opinion. It's gambling. It's sports. And its the internet.

This board is full of bullies. I've shrugged it off as a lurker, but its hard to fade as a poster that wants to contribute something if it differs from (insert name)

The posters, lurkers, and ultimately this site suffers from the immaturity. It can almost be taken as seriously as wagers posted on lines after they are long gone and last minute 'hedges.' Too funny. :mj07:

Anyways may all your bets be winners and may all your attitudes learn to be humble if you get some success. Untill you lose your big heads, your bankrolls will suffer. But you guys with the big egos and 'bitch be good sticks' already know that because you are never wrong and know everything.

Flame away.

MY 02. I kept quiet over the several weeks this was being discussed...several weeks back. The subject should be dropped for good and the thread erased. People need to chill and not make a big deal over nothing. Nuff said.

Before I take a voluntary break from this forum, I'll clean up some of the shit punchy's spreading around. Some of this I have explained before but punchy still doesn't get it and some of you weren't around for it...

*Punchy has openly admitted in this forum that he doesn't like helping guys who don't know much about boxing. He doesn't want them making money off his beloved sport b/c they don't know anything about it, and therefore he doesn't post his plays here before the fights start

*On the other hand, I've been posting plays and helping others win money here for 6 years now. I've also invited a dozen of the best boxing cappers I've seen on the net...to this forum...to help support the cause

Those two FACTS explain alot about this situation and why I've never been a big fan of punchy, he's just not a team player...period

Anyway, in response to punchy's BS posted above...

1) When you have a long history of posting plays before the fights start, you should be allowed more tolerance for past posting than someone who has no history of posting plays before the fights start. Yes, I occasionally mention one of my unposted plays after the fact, just like everyone else, but the majority of my plays are posted well before the fights start and thats the difference between me and punchy. Everyone here knows that 95% of my plays are posted before the fights go off, and the plays that are not posted on time never count on my record...period

2) I already had 3 units riding on Pacman in posted parlays, and I mentioned several times in this forum that Pacman was my new cash cow since the Mayweather-DLH Over 10.5 was cancelled. So I was already very big on Pac and posted as much right here on this forum. Its not like I came in afterward and said...oh btw I decided to play Pacman...lol

Yes, I came in here later and admitted to dumping way too much money on Pacman to chase the money Cortez stole from me. But if Cortez wouldn't have screwed me, I wouldn't have made that rash decision, and I wouldn't have posted it.

The kicker here is that I'm usually very good about posting my plays early and have always tried help ppl whenever they need it. My past post about unloading on Pacman is not something I usually do and it does go against everything I've bashed punchy about, but that was a very strange situation. I felt $1000 had been stolen out of my wallet and I was very pissed off. My unloading on Pacman was very risky and my posting of it later was very hypocritical...I admit. But as posted above, I feel I deserve a little tolerance based on my track record here over the last 6 years

Either way, I'd like to apologize to the rest of the guys around here for taking this shit too serious and creating this little mess. The rest of you are all great posters and solid additions to the team. If I offended any of you it was not intentional and I shouldn't have critisized the entire group for not taking this as seriously as I do. You have to understand how much time and effort I've put into posting at this forum before you can understand where I'm coming from

As far as punchy's "forum king" blasts go...you all know thats a bunch of BS as I've stated several times that I'm not the best boxing handicapper on this forum. If I wanted to be king-ding-a-ling around here I wouldn't have invited 12 guys who might be better than me...think about it

If nothing else, this situation has made me realize that I've been taking this shit way too seriously. This forum is now stacked with excellent boxing brains, so my temporary absence won't be a problem at all. I'll post my plays for this week and get out of everyone's way

Take care and gl

BL-if you ever take a ride to Vegas, post it here and maybe we can catch a fight together. I know a few die hard guys who love this stuff and are very astute.

You got it, seriously considering it as we're due for a vacation and have never been. My wife is a casual boxing fan and if I remember right yours will be by your side as well. Hope they get along :scared

Btw, after my Demarcus Corely reference the other day its probably a good thing I mentioned being married as I'm sure that post left some doughts for those that didn't hear about his strange ways. I figured weasel would get a kick out of that, maybe he missed it
