I liked Castillejo at first, but thinking about it some more, I'm satrting to like Vargas more. Cast hasn't done much since losing to Hoya, beating rather unknown opponents. He did beat R.Kar ...in a close UD. That fight was in Spain, so who knows if he really deserved to win. I think Vargas will be a little more crisp than his last fight against Joval. Vargas was looking good in the public workout so I heard. I do like the under though, but I like it for Vargas. He hurt Joval a few times. Joval has fought up at middle, so he can take some shots from bigger weights. I know Joval has never been KO'd, but has he ever been even knocked down? Either way, a rusty Vargas had him in trouble a few times in that fight.....

I like Wolfe....

I think Juarez is going to beat Soto.........

audley harrison fight to go over 7.5 rounds -250
.5 unit to win .2

soto +320
.12 unti to win .38

no hometown judges for Juarez this time.
wiggins is good at lasting the distance and Audley likes to fight at a slow pace.

mahfood took a horrible beating in the 2nd Wolfe fight 2 years ago. that's what Mahfood is good at. I think she should retire. Robinson hurt her bad as well in their match. I think Wolfe is a safe play, as Mahfood takes another beating.

Not much opinion on Vargas/Castillejo. maybe the distance as Vargas will look to box. might be a slow paced fight. but i'm no castillejo expert.

Exactly

Not to mention, no hometown referee to give him a fight he obviously should've lost.

Raheem easily outboxed Juarez and should've won that fight, the judges and the ref made sure it didn't happen.

Hector Velazquez gave Juarez a very tough fight, one judge had it 115-113 in Rocky's back yard as usual.

Neutral ground this time, but the promotion still favors Rocky, which is why I played it small.

Soto has a 4" height advantage and a 5" reach advantage over Juarez. Should play a huge role in the fight if Soto fights the right fight.

Glad you agree Spread

Just a quick question here...who has Soto beat?!? For God sakes, the man faced someone 0-9 like 4 fights ago. I just looked at his record and I'm not impresssed at all. He lost to an end of the rope Kevin Kelly. Tell Guty Espadas I said hello, because I think this is his fate once Rocky gets inside.......

My play is more against Juarez than with Soto, even though Soto has the physical advantages necassary to outbox Juarez like Raheem did so easily.

Who did Velasquez beat prior to his fight with Juarez?

The answer is no one, and he still gave Juarez a very tough fight that could have gone either way if it wasn't in Rocky's backyard.

Raheem schooled Juarez but got screwed by the ref and judges.

I just wish Chi was still fighting Juarez, easy money at +160.

I like Soto match-up wise more than I liked Chi against Juarez
nothing against Juarez, but if you give him movement he is basically shut down. I'm not saying I love Soto, but a good pro can beat Juarez. Juarez has the punch and that's about it.

Chi would have given Juarez many chances to land. Soto might get kayoed. I am laying the money just like boxlocks, because I am getting good odds in return.

might lay the over on the Vargas fight, or look for a Vargas by decision prop. Why do you like the fight to go under Boxlocks, or just playing because of the plus odds ?

thanks

Though as a fellow 'capper I will root for your pick on Mahfood I almost hope you are incorrect, and that she does not take a beating - that face should be given a break.

I can tell you why I like the under. I think Cast. is on his last leg. His last few fights have been against B.S. opponents in low round fights. At the same time, Vargas is a bit chinny at times. I look for Vargas to be out to impress. I think he'll be sharper since the Joval fight. Also, Joval can take a punch and has boxed alot of fights in a higher weight class. I don't think Cast... could have takens some of those shots.......

Holy guacamole!

Holy guacamole!

the line on that Figuerola-Alejandro fight flipped completely. I waited as I saw it dropping, but it's turned totally around. Any comments?
