but,mosely did absolutely nothing for the first seven rounds....if this fight is scored on a round by round basis,there is absolutely no way you can score this fight for him.....and that`s how fights are scored....did mosely finish stronger....yes....i actually thought he really hurt dlh to the body...but,fights are scored by rounds....if a guy wins 7 rounds and the other guy wins 5,regardless of how definitively the rounds are won,he wins the fight......as i said,i had the same thing you guys had in this fight....but,to be fair,something was off with all 3 judges seeing this the same way....i believe 2 had mosely winnng the last 5 rounds....i don`t think so....

that said,i heard that some sports writers at ringside had mosely winning....maybe it looked different at ringside.....but,the hbo crew all had dlh winning....some of those guys are morons....manny steward isn`t....

i have to disagree...trying to be objective....i`m glad to eek a couple out.....i feel lucky....

i think the lesson to be learned is to be very careful in high profile bouts rife with politics,vendettas and enormous amunts of money wagered and involved.....

just my opinion.....i`m sure others feel differently....and i respect their opinions.....

just glad to get a couple wins .....g.l.

fletch,i respect your oppinion.. but why have compubox in boxing?? its gotta mean something.. even u had dela-hoya winning this fight.... u say some of those rounds u judged could of went either way ( i thought each round had a convincing winner accept the 3rd round which i seen even ) granted mosley scored some power punches but dela-hoya always responded with something right afterwords... pretty much evreyone agrees dela-hoya won at least 6 out of the first 7 rounds.. last five u gotta believe dela-hoya at least won 2 rounds out of five.."and thats being generous"... the boxer definitly out classed the puncher in this fight... now, if it went split decision for moseley i wouldnt be even a quarter pissed i am,, but come on, ALL 3 judges unaminus decision... "IM SORRY BUT THATS AN OUTRAGE"

first i asid i had it scored 116-114 oscar, but was not shocked round 3 could of gone either way i had it 10-10 and round 6 could of gone either way from round 8 on shane one them all so it was very close judges do not do many 10 10 rounds any more the compubox was put in to give the tv people more to see it has nothing to do with the score it is junk but it was not a out rage like i said it was close and could of been a draw but that was not going to happen judges are not on the take it is your goverening councile. i was the first to say in my post i had it 116-114 for oscar but just trying to explain boxing from the inside on how it runs trust me this is what all parties ivnolved wanted in the long run there will be a rematch 6-8 months and oscar will get 11 mill again or close to it and shane will get about 12 and all will be happy it is not a clean sport compubox should just be trashed as hbo announchers except manny all larry does is drink. this is the sport of boxing the only true sport ran by shadey people and someday it will be changed. bob is as bad as don king he sets there and said he is going to walk away bs need to watch what i say or will be cut out of tickets but if you saw his house and office he will not walk away he likes money to much.

to make it clear i said i though oscar won but said was not shocked and also said it was not a one sided fight lot of rounds could of gone either way not 1-2. 3 could of 6 could of 11 could of 8,9,10,12 was mosley and oscar made a big mistake in 12th by taking to many hard shots 4,5 and 7 was oscar as well as 1 and 2. so you see it was either way depends what you look for most of big ring people were really not outraged the writters who could score just as good it is one big money trail just did not want you to think i thought it was a clear cut win for shane i had oscar winning but made the bet because i know the inside works of boxing. and that is green. trust me this will be parlayed into a even bigger fight and this is what boxing wants they want people to question the outcome on big money fights where they know they can get even bigger down the road hope this clears things up if you might not of understood my first post and just trash compubox stats they are worth less. but if you study and see what is good for boxing over all in the pockets you will win money over the long run. i had this fight out 5 weeks ago i knew it would be messed up that is boxing. sad but true and as long as it gives me green also i could care less. big money fights you better know what is behind door number 3 because you will never beat the system. little up coming fighters are more true to handicapping big fights are true to money.
