I think it's UFC for me this week. There is nothing standing out for me in boxing.

2 Weeks in a row with NO bets :scared

I'm becoming less of a degenerate!!! :142smilie

All the focus will be on the UFC and the Mayweather card, but there are a couple other interesting fights around the globe next weekend.

Two cards in Mexico on Tuesday.

The German card is interesting Saturday. Sylvester vs. Lorenzo and Pianeta vs. Skelton.

and the epic return of Steffen Wretchman....the man with the glass temple.....

Sam peter weighs 239 for his fight tonight. Now my question is why does he come in out of shape against top competition but come in right against the scrubs? Isn't he doing things ass backwards? Come in fat for the scrubs and lean and mean for the iron!

A small play on the South African might make sense. If he loses, so what, it's a small loss. And I do think this guy will be competitive and I think Arce may have struggled to make weight. And they even have one RSA judge, Wally Snowball :142smilie :142smilie :mj07: :mj07: (name cracks me up) and an American and a Mexican arbiter

If the guy that reffed the Montiel fight is officiating in any form then bet the house on Arce :D

Seriously, I know nothing about the opponent but he looks a little live and @ the current odds, it's probably worth a tickle.

Olympian Sutherland dead

Manager Maloney hospitalized

Irish super middleweight Darren Sutherland (4-0, 4 KOs), who won a bronze medal at the 2008, has sadly taken his own life. The 27-year-old was found hanged inside his apartment in London by manager Frank Maloney. Thats my concern actually. ;-)

No, I guess -barring a quick ko- the South African can make it a very tough fight for Arce...but I have lost on many competetive fights lately...anyways...

Lets try it!
