So far I am betting on 2 doggies.

Gilbert to beat Brinkley at +165. These guys are both crap so, I am picking the underdog with the flashier record.

Thomas to beat Cruz at +210. Can you say Location Location Location.

I expect 1 of these dogs to bite.

Good luck fella's :toast: :toast: :toast:

i can see it...btw,fightwriter makes a decent case for molina...seems he`s only lost to very good fighters and has the better resume...

btw, where the heck are the nate-funeka/martinez-cintron lines?...these are still scheduled aren`t they?...

Why did you go and pick Thomas??? Cruz has absolutely killed me in his fights w/mushaba and salido. I didnt expect him to win either and he just gutted both of them out. The guy doesnt stop. I'm hoping the frenchman just gets overwhelmed with the sheer volume of cruz. The venue does concern me. A few of us got hosed in germany last week. I have a decnt amt on cruz -205. Good luck.

I have a few other wagers

under angulo/rivera -120
over on "ray robinson" -120
aktas/frenois over -225

I was highly impressed with Martines v bunema so I'll prob put a wager on Mart. :just wagered mart -150. Margo took kermits heart and i think mart will do the same.

A LOT of options this week. The lines came out early and evan is pretty quiet so far.

just grabbed martinez at -145...5 dimes finally got off their duffs...

bigger man...lefty.....not entirely sold on cintron`s power or his stamina(not to mention his resolve when things get difficult) ...particularly at 154

My plays so far:

LARGE on Sergio Martinez
3 words: I DOUBT CINTRON
I thought, with Kermit moving up 7 pounds, Martinez would be a bigger favorite
Maybe I am over-rating him, but my opinion is Martinez makes this look easy
I was ringside when Cintron struggled with Feliciano

MEDIUM on Angulo-Rivera UNDER 9.5
Zab is the only guy to stop him
but Rivera has never fought at 154 and is facing a beast
I think Angulo gets a stoppage here

SMALL on Muriqui to beat Clinton Woods
I know its in England, but Woods looked dreadful against Tarver
I think he is all done

Still thinking about Gilbert-Brinkley, Nate C.-Funeka,
Camacho-Molina....a few of these doggies may bite....

weasel

it looks to me like 5dimes is doing this B.S. again where they only list a few fights...then list a few more the next day

still no line there for Woods-Muriqui, Angulo-Rivera, and a few other weekend fights

edit: Angulo just was added....at -1475 !
guess they think he is gonna win

:mj07:

GW,

Even though the fckers basically locked me out, Sportsbooks and their affiliates offer early lines...52bet.com and linesmakers. They had great early lines and i beat them up for a year b4 they pulled the plug on me. Be careful not to wager the same bet at the sister sites...that's why they lowered my limit to 50 bucks. Bodog also offers good lines.

appreciate the response,r.....i`m a small player so i`d probably barely be a blip on their radar...

ashamed 5 dimes didn`t post an o/u on angulo/rivera...

also ashamed reyes isn`t a puncher...i suspect hinojosa is shot...doesn`t appear to be able to get out of the way of shots...

for a guy this height...at this weight....he looks like he`s packing a decent amount of muscle..

tommy hearns-ish....

not so sure the guy can fight on the inside. raheem didn't have a clue as to how to fight this guy. He didn't smother him...he stayed in Funekas punching range but at a range he couldnt touch funeka and he kept circling into funekas rt. If Nate is on, I think Nate beats him up. If the guy can keep nate at the end of the jab then nate could have a long night...no wager for me due to nates inconsistency but if forced to pick, I'd go with Nate in about 10 rds.

My thinking exactly. Nate ain't stupid (well, except for that one fight against Peden :mj07: )

He is going to crowd this fool and pound him to the body. If Funeka can take and keep coming, he has the jab and the power to beat Nate.

But I'm not so sure he will be able to take the Galaxy Warrior's heat. Zahir Raheem couldn't hurt my sister.

my bad, cant believe i missed this thread!

im on nate, with rationale in the other thread.

no solid opinion on cruz/gilbert fights. brinkley gave me a nice winner against griffin, i just remember gilbert as being tough against manfredo in the contender series way back. as weepaul said, theyre both crap.

btw the knockdown against berto is misleading, berto lunged in like an amateur with a wide-open chin and took 1 flush punch. berto's corner did stall the opening on the next round, but that could have just been precaution, and rivera did not show any finishing aggression. he got shut out the other 9rds. angulo wont be doing that, hell be beating up his body on the inside. rivera is also old for 32. i like angulo inside here, probably around 7 or 8. congrats to those who caught the under 9.5 early, ill take it at -150ish hopefully.
