Also uoon closer examination the meat portion appears to be tenderloin and not chuck as I orig thought so yes i will join the consensus and qualify it as a fine break fast.

BUT i styill would not eat for breakfast like 9 am ......... maybe late night after 12 am but not early rise morn .... very light eater mostly coffe and bagel or bagel with eggs and cheese.
