Bills might be a good bet in the preseason, but boy will they suck this year.their special teams,qb,coaching all suck.they had key defensive departures and if something happens to EMoulds they will be the worst team in football.

I disagree. Travis Henry may be rookie of the year running behind Centers. I'm not saying they win the division, but this team will be far from being the worst team. Solid management will keep this team respectable and may earn a wild-card spot

It is going to be EXTREMELY hard for any
team to make the playoffs in the AFC other than the top 6 (right now):
OAK,DEN,BAL,TEN,IND, and MIA. The playoffs in the AFC should be incredible to watch.

The Bills have definitely made major changes. The word is the new coaching staff is VERY intense and organized, and have been having good luck convincing vets and rookies to get in shape and lose weight. The defensive front 7 took a big hit in off-season, and with out Wiley and Nose Tackle Ted Washington, will probably be giving up a lot of rushing yards.

To compensate, they supposedly will switch to a 4-3.

I feel they should have sent Johnson back to SOCAL where he came from, and stuck with Flutie who is used to playing in the cold, mud and wind [ala Jim Kelly]. Johnson just does not impress me as a leader, which is apparent several times each games he get sacked [killed] and gets that "Deer caught in headlights" look. Instead of getting mad, he seems to give up.

My theory is that Johnson is the starter only because of Ralph Wilson, who has ordered so, because he paid $24,000,000 for basically Jacksonville's 3rd string quarterback, and wants to get his a return on his investment. [Sorry to rant]

IF, and it is a big IF, Johnson can stay healthy, the Bills have a chance to play .500 ball this season...

OK I'M FROM THE BUFFALO AREA AND MY TAKE ON THIS TEAM RIGHT NOW: the coaching staff is much better. greg williams is an organized freak. and don't forget he was a very good defensive coordinator.

rob johnson is coming along just fine w/the new west coast offense.getting rid of the offensive coaches from last year will do rob just fine. he already is way ahead of pace from what coach williams has said.

the defense is the question mark but feel with a great defensive coordinator williams was i think this defense will be just fine.

the most improvement will be on special teams, remember it couldn't be any worse from last year.coach williams being a very good organized coach and very disciplined i think his coaches will do a fine job in this area.this will be the main focus on the upcoming season.

i do believe this team will be very competitive not sure about play-offs but see atleast an 8-8 season which would be ok in my books after all the losses and all the new changes in the coaching staff.

as far as he hates me you are on the wrong page here buddy. this team is far from being the worst team in the nfl this season.

i think san diego is on the right track but do not believe this is gonna be that great of a year for them. i expect them to be much better by next year.

buffalo has just about sold out 5 of there 8 home games already this year. getting rid of flutie didn't change a thing, believe people of wny are getting very excited in there new buffalo bills this year, especially with a schedule that i don't think is the greatest. was very surprised to hear of all the tickets they sold already

football season is just around the corner and am getting very excited about my bills

Being an Oranization freak doent necessarily=wins,

Its not hard being a great DC with the Freak,Blaine Bishop,Marcus Robinson and you play Cin,Clev, and Pit twice.

Rob Johnson can look good without a pass rush, but when the game comes its 2nd 17,3rd 25,concussion,and punt.

The Special Teams still will suck,Rogers,Wiley,Holocek gone.

Bills will suck, but atleast your fans are loyal losers, just like the Cubs.

if you think there such loser's and will be the worst team in the nfl show me the money-bud. see your on the west coast (a charger fan)?? well i'll be down there in your land for that game. like i said earlier--chargers won't be there this year, next year will be a better year for them GL!

Bills fans get up early for tickets
Saturday sales brisk for home games

by Erin Smith
buffalobills.com
July 17, 2001

Bills? fans showed their enthusiasm for the 2001-2002 football season by getting out of bed bright and early on Saturday morning to log onto buffalobills.com or venture to their nearest ticket selling location to purchase individual Bills? tickets. Although an exact selling figure was not anticipated, the Bills are proud to say that ticket sales this year exceeded the previous seasons. The Pittsburgh game was sold out prior to the individual game ticket sale, and after Saturday, only single seats are available for the home opener against New Orleans.

Even Billy got in line for tickets on Saturday.

The fans are looking forward to seeing the discipline and hard work that head coach Gregg Williams has instilled in the team this off-season. The Bills ticket office was hoping for a great increase in ticket sales for the home opener, and they accomplished this goal. The Bills sold out seven of eight home games last season and 21 of their last 24 overall.

Canadian tickets also fared well on opening day. Russ Brandon, the Bills? Vice President of business development and marketing told the Buffalo News that the percentage of overall Canadian ticket sales has been a little higher than a year ago. ?What it all comes down to, it?s about the Buffalo Bills,? said Brandon. ?I think this proves there is not one player that?s bigger than the Buffalo Bills.?

yeah right "HE HATES ME" a real bunch of loser's huh! this is what i call loyal and die-hard fan's and i am one of them, holding a season tix for the last 11 years.after all the moves in the front office and player changes you might think there would be alot of empty seats. well w/a schedule i think is not the greatest just goes to show what the football fan's of wny are all about.

The Bills offense will be improved. Last years Offensive coodinator, Joe Pendry is the worst play caller in the business. He was an enigma with Carolina and the same in Buffalo. His play calling lacks any surprise and it always seems like the defenses know what the play is before the snap. Looking at the Bills schedule they are a solid 8-8 team. 7-9 or 9-7 depending on the bounces.
