First off-great writeups and thoughts on the Open-although the bank was not broken-it was fun reading and following your efforts.

I see a couple of plays that stand out this week: ALL 72 Holes
Waldorf -110 Over Faldo
-Duffy likes this course with win a couple back. Where has Nick even been??

K Sutherland -110 Over Durant
-Again a good performr on this course

Jim Carter +100 Over B Geiberger
-Been solid on this course

Plays to win:
Els 22-1
C Perry 60-1

Good Luck to all

Ian,Stanley, or anyone that can help....

I am very interested in eliminating some other sports to concentrate on golf. I was just wondering if you could either post or email (can get it from jack) me some sites that would be relevent for each weeks tournaments. I already check the pga's but i would like to find some stats that would help towards the constant change of scenerey and someone said that Stanley had a site would like to check that out as well.....

After what happenend last week i have come to expect everything. I will have my picks up within the next few hours and thanks again. you guys are the coolest.

Duval is tough outside of 100yds,he lacks imagination inside,he hates tough conditions and reverts to whining,Sergio is much tougher with good feel and a real solid putter.

There is also a 'related links' section that should be useful for that you're looking for.

Tried to sell 2 shares of Hoch @ $8 this morning to recoup initial stake with 3 remaining shares only to get the ole "event paused" again.Surely they didn't start in the dark.
Before anyone reiterates the call them option,try it once,then tell me.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Appears I owe WSEX an apologie,the event had in fact just started when I tried to make wager.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Woods 4 over after 4? Maybe good thing I couldn't them sold.

adding 2nd round @ Camelot
Schwarzrock +105 over Gogel

Believe Gogel is oversold from performance at Open last week. In interview last week he noted he played open couse numerous times and loved the course.Don't believe his memories from here last year will be a motivating factor.

1st round update: 2-6-0 and -4.89 units

Ugly 1st round as weather again disrupts all capping angles
frown.gif
The results: Appleby/Paulson 2 down; Garcia/Cink 3 down; Mediate/Cink 10 down; Flesch/Smith 1 up; Beem/Willis 1 down; Roberts/Funk 1 down; Kraft/Johansson 7 down; Kendall/Mattiace 2 down. Biggest surprise was the strong showing from Cink. Appears to have reverted back to expectations in round two, but that is one round too late. At least 72-hole plays appear strong, standings 4-1-1 after 18 holes, but there is a long way to go in this frustrating event.

1st round 2-0
Flesch over Smith by 1
Watts over Mattice by 5

Fortunate so far.Got a one shot decision for once and was on good side of the rain for Watts match.Will re-emphasize Stan's comment,the best laids plans are at the mercy of the weather of late.Hard to cap when your man is playing em down and opponant is LC&P.
