OK he's clearly a racist,


but what I don't get is why he and his militia buddies don't have arrest warrants out for them for threatening law enforcement with deadly weapons. Is that legal now or only for right-wing extremists?

I highly doubt that you have a more extensive education ?
My Civilian Education is 2 Bachelors degrees
Several Times at traffic school
And over 10 Military Schools

The GOoA and other strong gun ownership groups will tell you that the Second Amendment gives every citizen the right to own a gun and that right shall not be infringed. Maybe, possibly they might deny gun rights to convicted criminals, but the gang members and hoodlums who have not been convicted of a felony cannot have their Second Amendment right denied. In fact they will tell you that background checks and registration violate the Second.

So how do you take guns away from street gangs under that interpretation of the Bill of rights?


You should note that most gun deaths result not from gangs or criminals, but from suicide, which is the number one cause of gun deaths. Suicide, of course is mostly the result of mental illness. Should there be a background check for mental illness before you are allowed to own a gun? I happen to think so. That would stop many suicides and also many of the random mass shootings when some kid or adult goes berserk and empties one magazine after another into a crowd.

Gang killings don't bother me much. Mostly they kill one another, and most of them need killing anyway. It's like putting a bunch of starving cockroaches in a box and letting them eat each other. It looks ugly, but it's a good thing.

Both of these are Rights protected by the
Bill Of Rights and the Constitution

When my kids and I go to a restaurant at a Casino
And I use my players card, I have to present ID
If that same restaurant requires an ID from a
Black, Hispanic, an Elderly person or College Student
Is that Casino racist?

I love how gun control nuts love to add suicide by gun deaths to their #'s of gun deaths / violence.

Suicide would happen anyway and is not a correlation.
They would find a rope or a bridge or a train or a cocktail of drugs and alcohol.

Russia is a gun free society.
Their incidence of suicide is FOUR times higher than the US
Their incidence of murder is also FOUR times higher than the US.
