This was it, just needed to be tightened back up on left front. Had this car for 12 years and hardly ever drive it, has 48k miles. They charged me 60.00 total including looking at other things needed down the road. Owner at Revolution in Decatur said lower control arm bushings and thrust arm bushings showing signs of starting to crack, and front lower ball joints are loose. Said they should be replaced sometime in the future. Thanks again for all your guys help, with the exception of the two resident idiots that lurk in any post I make, that being kittycat and little old boy.

Good I'm glad they found it and it was an easy fix. If ever in doubt get a second opinion. One of the things we like to do is "show and tell". If people question something we will ask them to stop by and we can show them. It makes people understand their repairs so much better and makes them more comfortable. Sometimes there are repairs that must be done asap and other times - mostly with suspension parts- there are things that can have a certain amount of play in them (down the road repairs) before they actually fail inspection and become unsafe.

Wow, that's sounds like a great mechanic. You should write a review for them on Yelp or some other site in your area. Mechanics get a bad name even though they're honest because there are some out there that screw people over. I always think it's great to promote the ones that you know are honest and don't try to get you for as much as they can.
