I am passing on the game but I think St. Louis is a better play.

Go with the better team with all the intangibles for this game.

Also since Kile was a pitcher I think that St. Louis pitcher will make a conscious extra hard effort.

Cheers !!!

# The only thing to notice is that dating back last 7 or 10 games the home team has won every single one.

jimizeus-I'm 37 & Alex was in my class at Union College in Schenectady New York. Although division 3 in football we played in 3 straight Alonzo Stagg Bowls (National championship). Alex was a all American in baseball & Football. As I said, I believe he was drafted by Oakland, I wasn't aware West Seneca had 2 high schools. In any case he would have graduated in 87. I had a accident following my junior year, resulting in a broken neck. I never have returned to Schenectady or talked to the guy I am speaking of, hence the off topic conversation. But was just curious if you knew him.

well, obviously in hindsight cards are nowhere near ready to play. Thinking about it, these guys probably got no sleep last night and obviously they are unable to do much besides show up tonight. Which under the circumstances is quite a bold feat in itself. Can't say I have ever been a cardinal Fan, after all they beat my red Sox in 67 Series. But I will be pulling for them this season. Hopefully they can pull themselves up after what has been a terrible week. Good luck Cardinals & fans

Yeah.. Cooz it was better than a double whack.
JMIZEUS.... what can I say you were right I am glad you and the others that took the cubs and over had a good night. My best wishes still go out to the Cardinals just for going out there and trying despite of the tragedy.
Shamrock... real good point you made I wish I would have realized it before those guys must have been up all night think about it and talking to each other. While the cubs were in their own beds at home sleeping.
Well, it was a 50-50 chance I had the wrong side. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back on track.

Take care guys and thanks again...;)
