The second sandwich blows away the first. Never had a poboy with peeled shrimp. Always fried, always delicious. That is a true Po Boy.

I usually get the meatloaf and mashed potatoes at carnegie after a long night of drinking and gambling around 2AM as they stay open all night. get it to go and take to my room. always tastes great (could be my intoxicated state at the time) and it is also a huge portion as too much for one meal. tried the Woody Alan sandwich there but like Jack said no clue on how to eat it.
