Why don't they in other countries?

it was already pointed out earlier the fact we have more freedoms, but honestly so much deeper than that...the US has become overun with greed mostly in big government ...big pharma, chemicals used on crops (just research Monsanto), shit in water/air all these things pollute the body and mind, hmm wonder why mental illness is on the rise over last 35 years which I believe contributes to random shootings --..its a bigger topic than 75 words on a madjacks thread honestly---just my 2 cents, Im sure Im in the minority here

In all fairness, you didn't answer the question. Although, nobody who wants to use the retort "you can outlaw guns but the criminals will still get them" ever really does answer the question.

I will ask again, why do criminals not get the guns in other countries and commit mass shootings if it would be as easy as you say?

Am I cool with people being shot up by semi automatic or automatic weapons, nope, so if you can give me some actual ways to eliminate fully auto weapons where bad dudes won't get them, I'll listen.

My point from the beginning was this isn't a simple, we have a gun problem, we have a huge mental illness problem stemming from a big, corrupt government bought out by big pharma and other lobbyist that are poisoning our bodies with pills, foods, water, air that we eat. Call me crazy, but the more toxic bullshit you put into your body, the crazier you become.
Easy to point fingers at guns when deep down that aint the problem I see. I would surmise we could each own a 240b and never feel inclined to go out and kill a mass amount of people. Only a sick, deranged, psychopath would do that. So what creates those types of people? And why have the numbers of those people steadily increased? In 1987, 1 in 187 people had a mental disability, in 2007 it was 1 in 76. Now its closer to 1 in 5.
So yes, "gun control" is a huge divisive political topic, but its a patsy if you will, for a much bigger issue, follow the money....and you'll get there.

this thread has nothing at all to do with mass shootings.

the link posted shows shootings and shooting homicides in Chicago. it is a statistic. these arent mass shooting episodes committed by loons. these are every day or multiple time a day gun crimes committed in ONE city.

while mental health problems are definitely an issue, you can not sit there and say that the amount of shooting and shooting deaths in Chicago is down to mental health and not a problem with gun control.

oh so the Chicago shooting are from fully auto weapons? cmon IL has one of the strictest "gun control" laws in the US

but yes there are multiple topics here which would take a lot more time to discuss , I just love the response typically from libs that guns are the problem..actually its crazy people with guns, but from just the Chicago perspective theres more to it Im sure, like no hope, no future, gang affiliation, no parental guidance, etc etc...

you're serious, no mass shootings in other countries??

you may find this interesting then, but again this is more than a "gun control" issue ultimately...
