i haven't had any urges Jack--however still use 4 pieces of nicorette per day.

I get urges a few times a week but I have been able to fight them off even when I was in Vegas. No gum or patches for me.

Dont do it Jack!! Lost my best friend ( My Dad) in august from Lung cancer. He smoked 2packs a day.Found out in january gone 8mths later. You have made past the worst part I imagine. i never smoked cigs but I wish u luck in not starting back up!!:toast:
