Disagree...Genius move he will do it again ! Between Parker and Ginobli 52mins and 10 points...Parker ONE point. If Parker had put up half is average this game was never close.

Spurs 48 bench points to Clippers 17 and Crawford had 11 of those. POP knows the Clippers have no bench but Crawford and he also knows Doc cant play his starters 40+ mins every game in the playoffs in 7 game series.
They will be out of gas by the time this gets back to LA.

By the way Ole man Duncan was sensational last night...So was Griffin besides his late turn over....

Paul needed 30 not 21 and fucking Matt Barnes 1-10 in 36 mins of play....Clippers are done.

Genius move? How do you figure? They were up 8 when they started doing it and damn near lost the game. Here's why it was terribly executed: They were fouling him early in the shot clock, thus extending the game - not what you want to do with an 8 point lead. Second, the clips offensive rebounding % of a Deandre miss FT is almost 20%. I don't recall how many they got last night but it was a lot. And thirdly, it allowed the clips defense to get back after a missed free throw. The Spurs scored once I think when hacking. The 2 pivotal Spurs baskets were fast breaks. One off the griffin turnover and one off the Barnes missed 3.

I do think that popp made some great adjustments last night in between games 1 and 2 but that his end of game management was terrible.

One additional note, I think Popp lucked out that manu and TP were out. They were terrible last night but would have been playing. (No paddy mills)

A wily win for the champs but certainly not popp's finest moment

If the Clippers were in the pathetic East they would be playing the Bucks instead of the defending NBA Champs Spurs in a 1st round matchup.There is no shame in losing to the Spurs in a playoff series..No wonder LeBron never seriously considered a Western Conference team in his 2 free agent decisions..Hell the Thunder would have been a 5 or 6 seed in the Eastern Conference this year.....BTW LeBron led teams are VERY close to being 0-3 in playoff series vs Spurs(thank you Ray Allen for making that 3 pointer when the Heat fans were leaving before the game was over).
