Game of the Night: Bucks at Thunder ? 6:05 PM EST

Milwaukee (35-12 SU, 26-18-3 ATS) owns the best record in the NBA after picking up its sixth consecutive victory on Friday in comeback fashion against Charlotte. The Bucks erased an 11-point deficit heading into the fourth quarter by outscoring the Hornets, 32-12 in a 108-99 triumph. Although Milwaukee failed to cover as 11-point favorites for the second straight game, the Bucks received another monster game from Giannis Antetokounmpo, who scored 34 points on 14-of-21 shooting to go along with 14 rebounds and three blocks.

The Thunder (30-18 SU, 26-22 ATS) are streaking as well after coming off their fourth straight win on Thursday against the Pelicans. Oklahoma City had lost back-to-back games as a heavy favorite to the Hawks and Lakers, but the Thunder are back on the winning track after holding off New Orleans, 122-116. OKC failed to cash as 13 ?-point favorites, but Russell Westbrook and Paul George each scored 23 points, while Westbrook pulled down 17 rebounds and dished out 16 assists for another triple-double.

Oklahoma City is in the midst of an 8-1 run to the OVER the last nine games, while hitting the OVER in five consecutive home contests. The Thunder finish the regular season at Milwaukee in likely a meaningless game assuming both teams lock up playoff seeds. The road team won each meeting last season, including a 97-95 victory by the Bucks at Chesapeake Energy Arena last December.

Round Two: Target Center

The Wolves and Jazz finish off a home-and-home set in Minneapolis as the home squad has captured each of the first two meetings. Utah (28-22 SU, 24-24-2 ATS) held off Minnesota (24-25 SU, 26-23 ATS) as 10-point favorites, 106-102 in Salt Lake City on Friday to improve to 8-1 in the last nine games. Five Jazz players scored in double-figures, led by Donovan Mitchell?s 24 points and 11 assists. Utah started the season with a 2-6 record at Vivint Smart Home Arena, but the Jazz have won 13 of their last 16 home contests.

Now, Utah hits the highway as the Jazz have played one road game since January 8. Quin Snyder?s team has won four of their last six contests away from Salt Lake City, while trying to avenge a 128-125 defeat at Target Center on Halloween night. Last season, Utah covered three of four matchups with Minnesota, but the Wolves are 2-0 ATS in two meetings with the Jazz.

The Wolves begin a three-game homestand after going 2-1 on its recent road trip, while hitting the UNDER in all three contests. However, Minnesota is riding an 8-2 OVER run in its past 10 home games, while failing to cash in five of its previous eight contests at Target Center.

Welcome Back Chris

The Rockets (28-20 SU, 23-24-1 ATS) are likely to get point guard Chris Paul back following a 17-game absence due to a hamstring injury. Houston posted a solid 12-5 mark without CP3, while James Harden averaged an incredible 43.6 points per game in this span. The latest victory for the Rockets came as a home underdog on Friday night against the Atlantic division-leading Raptors, 121-119 as Harden was limited to 35 points following a 61-point effort against New York two nights earlier.

Houston welcomes in Orlando, as the Magic (20-29 SU, 24-24-1 ATS) have lost five of their last six games. Orlando erased a second half double-digit deficit on Friday against Washington to the game late, but the Magic ultimately lost, 95-91 to suffer their third consecutive home defeat. The last home win for the Magic came against the Rockets two weeks ago, 116-109 as five-point underdogs. Orlando limited Harden to 1-of-17 shooting from three-point range, while Aaron Gordon and Nikola Vucevic each scored 22 points in the win. The Magic hit the road where they have lost six of seven games, while going 2-5 ATS in this stretch.

It?s a Rap

Although the first two games of a three-game trip were decided by six points, the Raptors (36-15 SU, 23-28 ATS) were on the losing side in defeats to the Pacers and Rockets. Toronto cashed as an underdog at Indiana with a late rally, but couldn?t come through in the favorite role on Friday at Houston. Kawhi Leonard paced the Raptors with 32 points, but Toronto dropped to 3-8 in its last 11 road games since winning at Golden State on December 12.

Toronto remains in the Lone Star State to face Dallas, as the Mavericks (22-26 SU, 28-19-1 ATS) try to improve on an 18-6 record at American Airlines Center. Dallas held off Detroit on Friday, 106-101, while cashing its fifth straight UNDER. Rookie standout Luka Doncic led Dallas with 32 points, as the Mavs are 6-1 to the UNDER in the last seven home contests. Toronto held off Dallas in its first matchup, 116-107, but the Mavs cashed as 11 ?-point underdogs.

One More in Texas

In a rare night with all three Lone Star State teams playing at home, the Spurs (28-22 SU, 30-19-1 ATS) are back in action after knocking off the Pelicans, 126-114 on Saturday. DeMar DeRozan sat out with a sore left knee and is listed as questionable for tonight?s contest, while the Spurs improved to 2-0 SU/ATS without the former Raptors? star in the lineup.

San Antonio hosts Washington tonight, as the Wizards (21-27 SU, 22-26 ATS) picked up only their sixth road win in 24 tries in Friday?s victory at Orlando. Washington moved to an impressive 10-2 ATS the last 12 games, including a 3-1 ATS mark away from Capital One Arena. The Wizards haven?t had much luck in San Antonio over the years by losing 18 consecutive visits since 2001, as the Spurs have covered 14 times in this stretch.

NBA Game Preview - Milwaukee Bucks at Oklahoma City Thunder

by Kyle Markus

The NBA regular season is more than halfway over and it is the Milwaukee Bucks who currently sit with the best record. That wasn?t expected before the 2018-19 campaign began but Milwaukee has been one of the league?s dominant teams from the start.

The Bucks would love to keep it going as they prepare for a tough matchup next time out against the Oklahoma City Thunder. This is not going to be an easy game to nab for Milwaukee as the Thunder has the look of a contender to the Warriors in the West. Oklahoma City has played well at home this season and will host the Bucks.

Milwaukee has the superior team but the location evens things out. This game figures to have a low spread and be a competitive matchup in NBA betting lines.

This NBA basketball game between the Milwaukee Bucks and Oklahoma City Thunder will be held at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at 6 p.m. ET on Sunday, January 27th, 2019. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN.

We'll have NBA basketball odds at BookMaker.eu available for every game of the 2019 NBA season.

Odds Analysis

The Bucks have a sterling record of 34-12 on the season. They have won five consecutive games to surpass the Raptors for the best record in the NBA. Milwaukee has gone 13-8 on the road this season, which is also one of the best marks in the league. The Bucks have a point-differential of plus-10.0 which is by far the best in the NBA, so there is nothing fluky about what they are doing.

Oklahoma City has a mark of 30-18 on the year. The Thunder is in third place in the Western Conference but there are many teams in striking distance so they have to keep picking up wins. This would be a huge one. Oklahoma City has a home record of 16-7 on the year.

Player To Watch

Giannis Antetokounmpo -- The Bucks have taken a leap to the NBA elite because Antetokounmpo has completed his evolution into a superstar. The Greek Freak is putting up ridiculous numbers this season, averaging 26.5 points, 12.6 rebounds and 5.9 assists per game, all of which lead the team.

Antetokounmpo is shooting a sparkling 57.8 percent from the field and also wreaks havoc on defense with his length and athleticism. The Bucks have a solid supporting cast but the team often goes as Antetokounmpo goes. The Thunder will need to game plan a way to slow him down because few teams have been able to do so this year.

Key Stat

24.2. That?s the current three-point percentage for Oklahoma City superstar point guard Russell Westbrook. It wouldn?t be a huge deal if he wasn?t taking a ton of shots from downtown, but Westbrook is averaging nearly five hoists a game from beyond three-point range.

Westbrook is averaging 21.8 points, 10.6 rebounds and 10.6 assists per game, and averaging a triple-double for the season is an incredible accomplishment. However, he is only shooting 41.6 percent from the field and the offensive woes are keeping the Thunder from hitting at full capacity.

The Bucks would love to keep Westbrook out of the paint and force him into jumpers.

Free NBA ATS Picks

A good team at home is hard to beat, so the Thunder won?t go down quietly in this one. However, the Bucks are on a tear right now and should keep it up. Milwaukee would love to finish the year with the NBA?s top record and a road win in this one would be a big help.

The Bucks are the pick to cover the spread in addition to winning this game, as the oddsmakers will likely peg this one close to a toss-up in NBA gambling.

NBA ATS Pick: Milwaukee Bucks 117, Oklahoma City Thunder 113

Harrell helps Clippers beat Kings for 3rd straight win
January 27, 2019
By The Associated Press

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) Paul George had 36 points and 13 rebounds, and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Milwaukee Bucks 118-112 on Sunday for their fifth straight victory.

Russell Westbrook had 13 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists for his 16th triple-double of the season and No. 120 for his career. Jerami Grant added 16 points, helping the Thunder knock off the team with the NBA's best record.

Giannis Antetokounmpo had 27 points and 18 rebounds for Milwaukee, and Khris Middleton added 22 points.

Eric Bledsoe hit a 3-pointer with just over a minute left to cut Oklahoma City's lead to three, but George drained a 3-pointer in Malcolm Brogdon's face as the shot clock wound down to push the margin back up to six.

ROCKETS 103, MAGIC 98

HOUSTON (AP) - James Harden scored 40 points, and Houston rallied for the win in Chris Paul's return from a hamstring injury.

Houston trailed by as many as 16. The game was tied with about 75 seconds left when a 3-pointer by Harden put the Rockets up 98-95. Terrence Ross missed a 3 on the other end and Harden added a step-back jumper with 30 seconds left.

Harden got his third block when he swatted away a shot by Evan Fournier, and Paul added two free throws with 13.6 seconds remaining to secure Houston's third straight victory. Paul had 12 points and six assists after missing the previous 17 games with a strained left hamstring.

Aaron Gordon had 23 points for the Magic, who have dropped six of seven.

RAPTORS 123, MAVERICKS 120

DALLAS (AP) - Kawhi Leonard scored 33 points to help Toronto overcome a triple-double from Dallas rookie Luka Doncic.

Pascal Siakam's three-point play snapped a 108-108 tie with 3:56 remaining as the Raptors recovered from a seven-point deficit early in the fourth quarter.

Doncic, who turns 20 on Feb. 28, had 35 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists to become the first teenager in NBA history with two triple-doubles.

Kyle Lowry scored 19 points for Toronto and Siakam had 14.

JAZZ 125, TIMBERWOLVES 111

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Donovan Mitchell had 29 points for surging Utah, and Ricky Rubio added 18 points and eight assists.

After going 2 of 12 in the first half, Mitchell scored 13 points in the third quarter to help hold off a Minnesota rally and give the Jazz their ninth win in 10 games. Utah shot 71 percent (27 of 38) during the second half for its second victory in three nights over the Timberwolves.

Andrew Wiggins led Minnesota with 35 points, and Karl-Anthony Towns added 22. Jerryd Bayless had a season-high 19.

Rudy Gobert had 17 points for Utah.

SPURS 132, WIZARDS 119

The Spurs were without leading scorer DeMar DeRozan, but had seven players in double figures. Reserve Davis Bertans had a season-high 21 points after missing the previous two games due to personal reasons. Derrick White and Bryn Forbes added 16 points each.

Washington, which had won five of seven, lost its 19th straight in San Antonio. Bradley Beal and Tomas Satoransky each scored 21 points.

CLIPPERS 122, KINGS 108

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Montrezl Harrell scored 25 points, and the Clippers earned their third consecutive win.

Tobias Harris added 18 points for Los Angeles, which was coming off a 3-1 road trip. Lou Williams had 12 points and 10 assists.

The Clippers had 35 assists on 42 field goals.

De'Aaron Fox led Sacramento with 21 points. Bogdan Bogdanovic added 19 points, and Willie Cauley-Stein had 12 rebounds.

HEAT 106, KNICKS 97

NEW YORK (AP) - Wayne Ellington scored each of his 19 points in the second half, and the Heat handed the Knicks their ninth straight loss.

Miami had seven players score in double figures in its second straight win. Dwyane Wade had 15 points and 10 assists, and Hassan Whiteside finished with 13 points and 16 rebounds.

Wade, who plans to retire at the end of the season, received a standing ovation from the Madison Square Garden crowd when he was taken out in the final seconds.

Tim Hardaway Jr. scored 22 points for New York, and Trey Burke had 16.

Former Knicks star Carmelo Anthony watched from a courtside seat and waved to the cheering crowd when he was acknowledged on the scoreboard in the first quarter.

CAVALIERS 104, BULLS 101

CHICAGO (AP) - Jordan Clarkson and Alec Burks each scored 18 points, and the Cavaliers ended a six-game losing streak.

NBA-worst Cleveland (10-41) had dropped 18 of 19. Cedi Osman scored 17 points, and Matthew Dellavedova finished with 16.

Lauri Markkanen led Chicago with 21 points and 15 rebounds, and Zach LaVine had 17 points and 12 rebounds. The Bulls (11-39) have lost three straight and 13 of 14.

LAKERS 116, SUNS 102

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Ivica Zubac and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope each scored 24 points and the short-handed Lakers led throughout in a victory over the Phoenix Suns.

Brandon Ingram added 22 points as Los Angeles was missing Kyle Kuzma (hip) and Tyson Chandler (rest), along with LeBron James and Lonzo Ball. Still, the Lakers dominated the inside against a small Phoenix lineup as it had a 70-46 advantage in points in the paint.

Devin Booker scored 21 points, Kelly Oubre Jr. added 17 and Mikal Bridges 16 for Phoenix, which has dropped seven straight for its second-longest losing streak of the season. The Suns dropped 10 in a row from Nov. 25 to Dec. 11.

Tweet of the Day
?I know he won the Heisman Trophy because I voted for him. I would not give him advice [about choosing football or baseball] because I just did what my heart told me to do ? the young man from Oklahoma should just go with his heart.?
Bo Jackson, talking about Kyler Murray

Monday?s List of 13: Wrapping up a sports weekend??.

13) Quick story to start this week off:

Long, long time ago, my junior year in high school, we had a good basketball team. Third or fourth game of the year, we play a rival school that is also supposed to be really good, but with 2:00 left in the first half, we led 33-4. It was tremendous. 33. to. 4.

Other team scores last seven points of the half; we?re up 33-11 in a game with no shot clock and no 3-pointers? it is December, 1975. Our coach was NOT happy.

The guy spent the whole halftime screaming about those seven points; if I remember right, the final was 68-44, something like that. An easy win; halftime should?ve been a positive time.

We wound up winning the league in miraculous fashion on the last day of the season, but on that December night, I learned a lot about coaching, about how being too negative can turn kids off pretty quickly. Two of the juniors on that team wouldn?t play the next year, when they would?ve been starters. Finished 8-11 the next season. No bueno.

12) Really good article on ESPN.com about the Cleveland Browns? front office and how messed up it has been since Jimmy Haslam bought the team. Go read it; long article, but interesting.

Trivia: Haslam and former senator Bob Corker were roommates at U of Tennessee.

11) Sometimes things that help teams win are things that have NOTHING to do with that team.

For instance, the Cleveland Browns drafted Johnny Manziel because thats who Haslam wanted them to draft; the GM wanted Oregon State WR Brandin Cooks.

Cooks play WR for the Rams now, will play in the Super Bowl Sunday, all because the Browns? owner meddled and demanded they take Manziel.

10) Iowa State has come a long way this season; they?re 15-5, 4-3 in the Big X; last year, Cyclones went 13-18, 4-14 in league- they weren?t favored in any of their Big X games last year. None.

9) Home teams won nine of ten games in the SEC-Big X challenge; Iowa State was only road team to win- they won at Ole Miss.

They extended the SEC-Big X challenge six years, so it must get good TV ratings.

8) Cincinnati 72, Temple 68? Bearcats were down 35-25 at halftime, then by 14 in second half, but rallied to win and move to 7-1 in AAC.

7) Georgetown 89, St John?s 78? Patrick Ewing was a great defensive player, but his Hoya teams play fast, are fun to watch. Average total in Georgetown?s Big East games is 169; now all Ewing has to do is win (3-4) some more of those games.

6) Purdue 73, Michigan State 63? Boilermakers never trailed; they won?t play a better game this season, ending Michigan State?s 22-game Big 14 win streak.

5) No idea who the guy is, but the analyst on the Indiana State-Illinois State game Sunday went on a brief rant near the end of the game, about how ??.if we put a man on the moon, how come we can?t grow hair on a bald man?s head?? Briefly stunning, kind of funny and a fair question.

Turns out the guy?s name is Doyle; hope CBS moves him up in the analyst hierarchy.

4) Kirk Cousins makes $28M a year; Tom Brady makes $20.5M; either Robert Kraft is paying Brady off under the table, circumventing the salary cap, or Brady?s agent is the dumbest person in New England. How is Brady not one of the top five highest-paid QB?s?

3) Sunday of President?s Day weekend should be fun; college hoop, Daytona 500 and the NBA All-Star Game. That covers the demographics of just about everyone in America, right?

In case you?re wondering, first spring training baseball game is February 21; the first full day of games is February 23.

2) I watch a ton of sports on TV; basketball, baseball, football. Can?t remember the last time I watched the Pro Bowl, except a few minutes in a bar last year because Jared Goff was playing. Understood that people bet on the game and therefore have an interest, but there is nothing in sports that interests me less than the Pro Bowl, except soccer. Don?t like soccer.

1) Tip of the cap to my mailman, who trudged through snowy lawns all week delivering the mail to our neighborhood. Job can?t be much fun in the winter; cold as hell, windy, lot of snow on the ground, but his work is appreciated.

Game of the Night: Warriors at Pacers ? 7:05 PM EST

The runaway train known as the Golden State Warriors (35-14 SU, 22-26-1 ATS) is steamrolling through the league once again. The two-time defending champions finished off their 10th consecutive victory in Saturday?s 115-111 triumph over the Celtics as a 3 ?-point road favorites. Kevin Durant led the Warriors with 33 points, while Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson combined for 45 points. Golden State is riding a nine-game winning streak away from Oracle Arena, while going 13-1 SU and 8-6 ATS in the past 14 games away from the Bay Area.

The Pacers (32-16 SU, 25-23 ATS) are dealing with life after Victor Oladipo as the guard is sidelined for the rest of the season following a gruesome leg injury suffered last Wednesday against Toronto. In the first game post-Oladipo, Indiana fell behind early at Memphis on Saturday and never recovered in a 106-103 setback as five-point favorites. The loss ended a three-game winning streak for the Pacers, while Indiana sailed OVER the total for the first time in five contests.

Indiana is listed as a home underdog for the fourth time this season, as the Pacers own a perfect 3-0 SU/ATS mark after beating the Celtics, Jazz, and Bucks at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. The Pacers swept the Warriors last season, but those results are skewed as Golden State played without Curry, Thompson, Durant, and Draymond Green in a 92-81 home defeat. In the second matchup in Indianapolis, Curry remained sidelined in a 126-106 victory by the Pacers as a short ?dog, ending a two-game home skid to the Warriors.

Boston Bounce-Back?

The Celtics (30-19 SU, 25-24 ATS) saw their five-game winning streak come to a halt in Saturday?s 115-111 setback to the Warriors. Boston and Golden State went back-and-forth in the fourth quarter, but the Celtics scored only thee points in the final 2:30 minutes to suffer its first home loss since December 21 to Milwaukee.

Boston welcomes in Brooklyn for their third meeting this month as the two Atlantic division rivals have split the first two matchups. The Celtics routed the Nets at TD Garden, 116-95 as 10 ?-point favorites on January 7, but Brooklyn bounced back a week later at home, 109-102 as 2 ?-point underdogs. Kyrie Irving sat out in the contest at Barclays Center as the Nets outscored the Celtics, 44-21 in the fourth quarter. Both matchups finished UNDER the total, while Boston has won five straight home meetings with Brooklyn.

The Nets (27-23 SU, 28-22 ATS) have vaulted to the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs heading into Monday?s action, while seeking their seventh straight victory. Brooklyn will be without bench spark Spencer Dinwiddie (17.2 ppg) for the next month with torn ligaments in his right thumb. The Nets have won four of their last six games away from Barclays Center, but Brooklyn owns an 0-3 SU/ATS record as a double-digit underdog this season.

Rocky Road

The Nuggets (33-15 SU, 27-21 ATS) continue to dominate at home by improving to 22-4 at Pepsi Center following Saturday?s 126-110 victory over the short-handed 76ers. Nikola Jokic kept up his MVP-caliber season by scoring 32 points, pulling down 18 rebounds, and dishing out 10 assists for Denver, who cashed the OVER for the seventh straight game.

However, Denver has struggled on the highway by compiling an 11-11 record, while starting the season with an 8-4 road mark. Seven losses in the last 10 road games doesn?t bode well for the Nuggets, who play six of the next seven away from Pepsi Center, starting Monday in Memphis.

The Grizzlies (20-30 SU, 20-30 ATS) snapped an eight-game losing streak in Saturday?s 106-103 mild upset of the Pacers as five-point home underdogs. Memphis pulled off this win after losing to Sacramento the night before, as the Grizzlies started this five-game homestand at 0-3. The Grizzlies and Nuggets have split two meetings this season with the home team winning each time, while Memphis knocked off Denver at FedEx Forum as short underdogs in November.

Four Score

The Clippers (28-22 SU, 28-22 ATS) have gone through plenty of ups and downs this season, but Los Angeles is currently on the uptick. Following a five-game skid earlier this month, the Clippers have won four of their last five contests, while seeking their fourth consecutive win on Monday. Los Angeles topped Sacramento for the third time this season in Sunday?s 122-108 triumph at Staples Center. The Clippers knocked down 27-of-29 free throws, while Montrezl Harrell posted 25 points off the bench on 11-of-13 shooting.

Los Angeles is playing with no rest for the ninth time this season, compiling a 4-4 SU and 5-3 ATS mark, while hitting the OVER six times. The Clippers host the Hawks (15-33 SU, 21-27 ATS), who are in the midst of five straight road games against Western Conference opponents. Atlanta lost at Portland on Saturday, 120-111 as 8 ?-point underdogs, but received a solid output from rookie Trae Young, who scored 30 points on 11-of-15 from the floor. The Hawks will be looking to avenge a 127-119 home loss to the Clippers in November, as L.A. outscored Atlanta, 38-23 in the fourth to cash as 6 ?-point favorites.

All Knicked Up

It?s been a long season in the Big Apple, as the Knicks (10-38 SU, 21-26 ATS) sit at the bottom of the Atlantic division. New York lost its ninth straight game in Sunday?s defeat to Miami, while dropping 11 consecutive contests at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks will try to turn around their luck with a trip to Charlotte looking to beat the Hornets for the second time this season.

The last time the Knicks faced the Hornets on December 14, New York trailed Charlotte by 19 points late in the fourth quarter before rallying to force overtime. The Knicks shocked the Hornets, 126-124 as 10-point underdogs to pick up their only win in a 14-game span from December 3 through January 1. New York owns a respectable 4-2 ATS mark in its last six games away from the Garden, although the Knicks only picked up one victory, which came against the Lakers earlier this month.

The Hornets (23-25 SU, 25-23 ATS) squandered an 11-point lead heading into the fourth quarter in Friday?s 108-99 setback at Milwaukee. Although Charlotte covered as 11-point underdogs, the Bucks outscored the Hornets in the final 12 minutes, 32-12, while Kemba Walker shot 3-of-12 from the floor for 10 points. The Hornets improved to 5-1 ATS the last six games, as Charlotte won its past two home contests by double-digits over Phoenix and Sacramento.

Kemba Walker (neck strain) will play in Monday's game at home against the Knicks despite his Questionable tag.
Pointspread: Hornets -12
Total: 221

Playing their best at home

The Knicks have lost nine straight games and find themselves as 12-point underdogs as they travel to Charlotte to take on the Hornets. The Hornets have been a huge disappointment this season but find themselves in a fortunate spot to potentially make the playoffs with the Pacers and Nets being dealt huge injury blows.

With the Hornets posting a 16-8 record at home and covering the spread in five of their last six home games, take the Hornets as 12-point favorites versus a Knicks team giving up 115.3 ppg.

Huge test without their superstar

Unfortunately for the Pacers, they will be without Victor Oladipo as they host a Golden State squad that has won 10 straight games. Oladipo ruptured his quad last week against the Raptors and will miss the rest of the season.

Throughout the month of January, the Warriors have averaged 129.1 points per game. Despite how well the Warriors have been playing, they take on the league's number one defense in points per game. With the Under hitting in six of the last nine games at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, look for the Pacers to keep Golden State just enough in check and back Under the total of 228.5.

Taking advantage of a mismatch down low

The Nets travel to Boston to take on the Celtics shorthanded without Jared Dudley, Allen Crabbe, and Spencer Dinwiddie. Although the Net have won eight of their last ten games, and six straight, they have struggled historically versus Boston only winning one of their last 10 in the head-to-head (with that win coming by six points two weeks ago in Brooklyn).

Look for the Celtics Al Horford to make it two straight solid games as he takes on a Nets team surrendering 25.6 points on 53.6 percent shooting and 17.9 rebounds per game while ranking 25th in opponent points in the paint with 51.2. Take Over Horford?s points, rebounds, assists total of 24.5.

Harris needs to step up for Nuggets

The Memphis Grizzlies host the Denver Nuggets, who will be without their starting point guard in Jamal Murray.

The Nuggets? Gary Harris could be primed for a big day in the absence of Murray as he is in a favorable spot versus a Grizzlies team that has struggled to defend opposing shooting guards allowing 24.1 points, 3.3 made 3-point shots, 5.8 rebounds, and 4.6 assists per game. Look for Harris to find success from the floor and back Over his points, rebounds, assists total of 20.5.

Dedmon to have big game in his hometown

The Clippers will be playing the tail end of a back-to-back as they host the Hawks. Atlanta has struggled versus Los Angeles losing five straight in the head-to-head. However, Atlanta has been playing well offensively, averaging 111.7 points per game over its most recent three games, and takes on a Clippers team giving up 113.3 ppg.

Look for Hawks big man Dewayne Dedmon to take advantage of his size and capitalize off a good matchup. The Clippers have been one of the worst teams at defending opposing centers allowing 26.1 points and 17 rebounds per game to opposing centers. Back Over his points, rebounds, assists total of 18.5.

Kyrie Irving (left hip strain) will not play Monday at home vs. the Nets.
The Celtics are 4-2 SU and ATS without Irving this season. Over/Under is 3-3.
Pointspread: Celtics -9
Total: 220

Warriors win 11th straight, cap perfect trip in Indiana
January 28, 2019
By The Associated Press

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) Stephen Curry scored 23 of his 26 points in the first half, DeMarcus Cousins added 22 and the Golden State Warriors extended the league's longest winning streak this season to 11 with a 132-100 rout of the Indiana Pacers on Monday night.

Kevin Durant had 16 points for the Warriors, who have won a league-best 10 consecutive road games and got their first sweep on a five-game road trip since November 2014. And Draymond Green didn't even play.

Myles Turner scored 16 points and Bojan Bogdanovic had 15 but Indiana dropped its second straight since losing All-Star guard Victor Oladipo to a season-ending knee injury. The Pacers also played without Tyreke Evans, Oladipo's replacement, because of a sore back.

But even at full strength, the Pacers would have had difficulty weathering the Warriors' flurry.

Curry scored eight straight to break a 16-16 tie midway through the first quarter and Golden State never looked back. The Warriors closed the quarter on a 24-6 run to make it 40-22 against the league's top scoring defense.

NUGGETS 95, GRIZZLIES 92

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Nikola Jokic scored 24 points and made a go-ahead basket with 28.9 seconds left, and Denver overcame a 25-point, second-half deficit to beat Memphis.

Will Barton's 3-pointer with 43 seconds remaining gave the Nuggets their first lead of the game at 91-89. After a 3-pointer from Memphis' Justin Holiday, Jokic scored inside to put Denver ahead to stay.

Malik Beasley had 18 points, 13 in the fourth quarter to key Denver's rally. Barton had 20 points, and the Nuggets moved to 34-15, the best start in franchise history.

Marc Gasol led Memphis with 28 points and nine rebounds, and Mike Conley had 23 points and 11 assists.

It was the largest deficit that Denver has overcome this season.

CELTICS 112, NETS 104

BOSTON (AP) - Jaylen Brown and Marcus Smart each scored 21 points, and Boston beat Brooklyn to snap the injury-riddled Nets' six-game winning streak.

Aron Baynes had 16 points, Marcus Morris 15, and Al Horford and Terry Rozier each had 14 for Boston, which tied a franchise record with 16 blocked shots and won for the sixth time in seven games. Horford had 11 rebounds.

The Celtics played without star guard Kyrie Irving, who was sidelined with a sore left hip.

D'Angelo Russell led the Nets with 25 points and Shabazz Napier had 20. Brooklyn had won 19 of its previous 24 games.

HORNETS 101, KNICKS 92

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Kemba Walker and Tony Parker each had 15 points, Malik Monk had four clutch 3-pointers in the fourth quarter and Charlotte handed New York its 10th straight loss.

Monk scored 12 of his 14 points in the fourth quarter to help ignite a 17-1 run as Charlotte improved to 17-8 at home.

Kevin Knox had 19 points and Tim Hardaway Jr. 17 for the struggling Knicks, who have won one game since beating the Hornets on Dec. 14.

HAWKS 123, CLIPPERS 118
