It’s the little things that are missed every game. Why did Buffalo not call time out or have their offense on the field to throw a Hail Mary at the end of the half. Low % I know, but it’s a free opportunity missed.

If memory serves me, one could also question McCarthy's laser-vision on scoring a TD in the final minutes of that game instead of kicking the FG during their next-to-last possession. That possession began with 4:40+ on the clock and ended with a 4th and 8 incomplete to Tolbert at 1:22 (also not great clock management because they were committed to the TD). Since they still had all three of their timeouts left, if they had kicked the field goal, they would have needed only another FG in the final seconds. No telling if they still would have been helped by all those Phila defensive penalties, but just sayin--I think the metrics would have been better at least considering a quicker field goal in their next to last possession rather than focusing solely on 7.
And don't even get me started on Arthur Smith. What is that guy's problem with Bijan, who hasn't gotten more than 15 touches a game??

You are 100% correct JF! Same in the Dallas game. It’s like they need a bench coach just to manage this stuff… Also while we are at it. Nfl and Ncaa level. Why would one ever run back a kick off? I haven’t seen a return go past the 30 all year. Most land right at the 25. You are much more likely to have a penalty or a fumble than a td return.
